First experience staying at a high floor Worth it for that alone. Location is great Walking distance to the arenas . We went to Second City which is close by. The check in is late at 5pm which during the week would put you in bad traffic.

Property is generally nice and the view is awesome. Walking distance to financial district as well as many entertainment options. Only annoying thing I found during my stay was the complete unreliability of the WiFi within the unit, contacted the customer service who were not able to help and I ended up having to do a hotspot from my phone. Overall an okay experience but I will think twice before using it again. Thanks

The quality of the property was exceptional and the view was absolutely incredible. It was an easy walk to the Rogers Center, CN Tower and the lakefront. Communications were clear and efficient.

We booked two rooms. The rooms were great, lots of space, great views. However I was pretty disappointed with the way they went about charging me. I had first selected this room based on the price displayed on Expedia. After I booked the room, they sent another invoice for $150 cleaning fee per room. I thought this was uncalled for. It came up as a 'hidden fee'. To be attracted by a lower fee initially and then after booking, bump up with a hidden fee felt very wrong to me.

The parking was a nightmare. The elevators were broken at which point a security guard told me and my children we would get stuck on the last elevator that was operating. The place was dirty it was a horrible experience I would never go back. I had to pick up keys at a local store and they were not even in the box. Jsut a horrible horrible experience

Stay away! You have to pick up and drop off the keys in another location which has almost no chance to park your car. Building had 3 small elevators to the high rise that 2 of them were not in service. It took almost 30 mins to get it. One of the two bathrooms were broken and the door to the second bathroom was obstructed. Horrible experience. The rental company took zero steps to resolve the issue until the time I was actually leaving the condo

Great spot but check in and interactions difficult

Condo itself? Great. Pre-work to get started and the checkin process? Needs work. This isn't a normal Hotels.com booking experience. You'll get numerous emails beforehand asking you to do things like - approve the rules, pay your deposit, confirm a location change, confirm your check-in time...They changed buildings on me, so I had to approve that. They called me at 630 AM on a sunday to confirm that I was ok with the building change. When I tt them they asked what time I would arrive - I told them 5 PM ish? I didn't know for sure. We showed up at the convenience store to pick up our keys at 420 pm. Guess what - no access to the key until 5 pm. Tried to email and say I'm here and want my key, but no response. So we had to go kill time for 40 minutes with our luggage. 10 minute walk from where you get the keys to the condo building, not much fun dragging your suitcases through the busy streets of Toronto. Condo is fine - but this ain't no hotel experience, and isn't even a pleasant ST rental experience from a service standpoint.
