We are coming back again

We really liked the hotel. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. We just think the restaurant could have more breakfast options and the acoustic of the room is average. We could hear noises from people on the outside.

A brief 2 night stay enroute to a cruise. Booked it for the balcony suite and view. All elevator lights not functioning. Had to use service elevator with long waits. The pool not very well kept up. Hallway lights on sensors so walking in the dark till you hit a sensor. No good restaurants close by.

Whenever we have work events in santos we love to stay at this hotel because it’s so close to the beach however, in the 3 times we stayed here, if we stay longer than 1 night, the wifi doesn’t work for the rest of our trip. The TVs are connected to the wifi so you can’t watch anything or use the wifi on your personal devices. Definitely not ideal for work trips

Boa localização . Quarto de bom tamanho, cama king confortável. Podem não havia papel higiênico no banheiro e a limpeza deixou a desejar… apenas 2 elevadores funcionando em um Prédio de 25 andares! O café da manhã é muito fraco, poucas opções e pouca reposição- em todos os dias houve falta de algum item!

Muito bom. Pecou nos elevadores sem luz por causa das chuvas por uns dias. As toalhas poderiam ser melhores, achei-as desgastadas e um pouco asperas, mas foram trocadas todos os dias. Cafe da manha bem bom. O quarto muito confortável, cama otima, ar condicionado otimo. Atendentes e demais colaboradores muito educados. Localizacao otima. Estacionamento apesar de pago preço muito hom da diaria. Pena nao ter servico de praia. Indico e voltarei.

No dia que faltou energia, os hóspedes ficaram tudo para o lado de fora em plena noite e madrugada, pois não tinham feito manutenção no gerador. Passamos 2 semana usando o elevador de serviço e os social tudo sem energia.
