A bit loud (metro track closer than it looked) and messy location, parking is a nightmare. Apartment was clean and had all the necessities. Smaller pillows and extra towel or a floor squeegee would have been great. Good value for the cost.

I stayed with my whole family. My 5 year old and 1 year old didn’t have trouble sleeping considering it’s next to the train station. The noise is not that bad. I love that it’s near a grocery and some food. We took the train to get around and it was very convenient. We walked even at night we weren’t bothered.

Great location in the ”real” dirty, hip Berlin. Great value for what you pay for bit it is quite warm & boost. But what do you expect in Berlin? Make sure to get properly drunk in the nearby kiosk before going to bed.

I thought tha apartment was very well connected to the U-bahn and the S-bahn lines. Despite being close to the S-bahn line and on a street, it turned out to be very quiet at night thanks to the good windows. In the area you can find lots of restaurants, fast food, supermarkets and although it can look a bit dangerous in the evening, I had no problems whatsoever

Noisy place with limited comfort

A place where you can’t sleep, since there is no aircondition. If you open the window to get some cooling and fresh air, you will not be able to sleep due to the trainstation right outside of the window. There are only 1 bed available for 5 people. The other beds are sleeping sofas, which are not comfortable to lay on. You are not able to get new towels without paying extra for them. No room service other than taken out the trash is free of charge. The place of the hotel is very bad, since it is a suburb filled with homeless and drunk people. Overall I would not recommend.

It’s not a bad place if you’re simply looking for a place to sleep. It convenient because it’s super close to the train station however, if you’re a light sleeper this may not be a pro for you. The cleanliness of the shower was not great. The shower drain was clogged. I visited here in September and the room was hot and they provided fans but they didn’t work very well. Also, this area of Berlin isn’t the nicest. Many locals say it’s “unsafe”…im from the US so I’ve been to sketchier places but if you wanna feel “super safe” than consider a different part of Berlin.

Bring your earplugs if you are staying here. Half the rooms are facing a railroad station. The room was nice looking and large. But very warm! The windows could not open completely so even the corner room with windows from two sides did not get cooler in the evening. And then you had the noise from the railway station with open windows. This place is not worth the price. But when it is not hot outside, it is probably more comfortable. Another issue is that you have to enter a code in the street where people might be standing at the door luring your code. It is the same code for the room. I had the code changed once as I was afraid that a person had seen my code. This is a very stupid design!

Wie waren sehr zufrieden hat uns sehr gefallen, leider war die Andunst Anlage in der Küche kaputt wir haben beim Kochen das Fenster aufgemacht. Wir können es nur empfehlen sehr schönes kleines Apartment mit allen was man braucht und sehr sauber. Das selbst Scheck war auch sehr praktisch.Top Apartment 😊

Öncelikle check-in çok geç, 11:00 check-out sonrası 15:00'e kadar oldukça fazla zaman var, en azından 14:00 olabilir. Tam güneybatı taraftaki odada olduğumuz için hem klima olmamasından dolayı çok sıcaktı hem de temiz ve serin hava için cam açtığımızda istasyon gürültüsü çok fazla geliyordu. Tahmin ediyorum ki kısa süreli konaklama için bunun gibi odalar veriliyor. Mahalle Berlin'in en iyi yeri değil ama çok kötü de sayılmaz. Toplu taşıma ile istediğiniz yere yaklaşık 20-30 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. Son olarak araç park yeri yok ve yakındaki sokaklarda sınırlı süreli park imkanı olduğu için birkaç sokak ileriye aracımızı bırakmak zorunda kaldık ve 2. gün aracımızın tamponunda hasar vardı, bu da konaklamada ucuz bir tercih yapmamızın pahalı bir sonucu oldu. Geri kalan imkanlar için ortalama diyebilirim.
