All good with every need catered for.Bedrooms good size and great to have ensuite for each. All necessary equipment in the kitchen but disappointing to realise no wifi available and in this day and age it seems essential. We also didnt realise it was quite so far from the village - good 30 mins walk along main roads with no pavements. Also with the current tick problem it wasnt great for walks with the dog - until we discovered the Community fields and woods on our last day.

Lovely Scenery
Lovely quiet location. There for a family birthday so had 3 chalets on the site. Good space downstairs for us all plus the dog. Bedrooms are a good size.
Kitchen lacked cooking utensils, pots & pans were oily & sticky, as was the kitchen floor, mopped it after we unpacked. Water was filthy. Lack of cleaning supplies, weren’t camping so didn’t take the kitchen sink. Mop & bucket had seen better days. 1shower head didn’t fit the holder so dropped down. Ashtray on the Juliette balcony over flowing with fags & ash.

Thank you for your feedback. It's wonderful to hear that our quiet location and the spacious chalets provided a great setting for your family's birthday gathering. We were of course concerned to read your comments regarding aspects of the cleaning and maintenance, as this is certainly not reflective of the high standards we aim for. We have passed your valuable feedback onto our local team to review and ensure our properties are always presented at their best. We are so pleased you were able to enjoy your family time together and appreciate you choosing us for such a special occasion.
