Everything was fine, nice terrace, a shelter for a bike, one small problem is very narrow sidewalk to entrance to building

Leider hat sich das Apartment als sehr unwohnlich herausgestellt, so dass wir früher wieder abgereist sind. Es war schmutzig, die Betten extrem weich, so dass man Rückenschmerzen bekam. Die Küche ist schlecht zusammengebastelt worden, so dass Schubladen klemmen und vieles „windschief“ wirkte. Rollläden hängen defekt aus den Wänden, im Bad riecht es morgens immer nach Kanalisation, die Waschmaschine hatte mehrfach Fehlermeldungen und konnte so kaum genutzt werden. Die Möbel sind teilweise sehr heruntergekommen oder beschädigt. Das Geschirr teils verschimmelt und der Wasserkocher war komplett verkalkt. Im Gefrierfach war alles eingefroren. Alle in allem erinnert mich die Wohnung an eine extrem abgewohnte Studenten-Bude. Deswegen kann ich hier leider nichts Positives berichten und empfinde 100€/Nacht als stark übertrieben. Ich vermiete selber möblierte Wohnungen, würde mich aber nie trauen, ein solch niedriges Niveau anderen zum wohnen zu überlassen.

Die Reinigung des Zimmers war sehr oberflächlich und obwohl das Apartement neu / modern erstellt wurde - so ist es durch die Art des Service schon abgenutzt.
