Generally great. Only two issues we had were that parking our vehicle was a challenge due to the skinny lot. If you have a larger vehicle you may struggle a bit parking. We also had an issue where housekeeping thought we were checking out a day earlier and woke us up knocking. Was resolved quickly but unfortunate.

solid option for sleeping if you need a family type accommodation, plenty of room, proper amenities in working order, non luxurious appliances and finishes, would. not spend a week long vacation here but it is acceptable for a short crash

Almost great.

Great location. But, almost no hot water! So almost cold showers , not great in February! The refrigerator makes loud annoying noises all night. Check in staff didn’t make our keys work for two nights, so I had to go get new keys in the middle of my stay. Bathrooms need updating.

2-bedroom is not functional for a young family

As a one-bedroom, we were happy with this condo. The living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were as expected and in-line with the pictures. If looking for a one-bedroom, I'd be happy to stay here again. However, we booked this location specifically because it said there was a 2-bedroom option. What we learned upon arrival is that this was not a 2-bedroom unit. Instead, we were given access to two individual one-bedroom condos, part of the same duplex. This could be a fantastic value for two different groups of adults. Unfortunately, we booked the 2-bedroom as we have 2 small children

This property advertised that it was waterfront. In fact it was at least 25 minutes walk to the water and most of the beaches nearby were private, and we couldn’t access them. The hot tub was in cold and dirty. Also, there was supposed to be a pool, however we did not find one. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the location was near a lot of shopping and dining.

Location to Shakespeare Festival, shopping and restaurants was very convenient. Plenty of parking and cozy beds. Located very close to incline beach which is private to locals and most rental property guests. However this property did not share their passes with the guests. Luckily we had family in the area who shared with us access to the beach and its activities. We rented space a villa that was poorly advertised on Expedia for clarity of what was actually availble for what the villa (townhouse) had to offer. Good to be aware if you plan to rent the villa that sleeps 8 it is two separate apartments with locking doors. Keys did not always work! Downstairs apartment does not have stove. Large stains on downstairs rug. Communal hot tub is the size of a small shallow kitty pool while the communal BBQ area has a picnic table not large glass table with 10 cushy seats for guests. Upstairs did have hot tub in room even though after I called was told we wont have in our room and there was nothing we can do about it. Which brings bringing me to one of the wierdest check ins I have experienced. When you walk into the check in hut there is a large TV screen behind a desk. Desk has a printer, phone and key making machine. When you walk in no one will greet you! You stand around for a bit wondering what you walked into. The phone will ring then a very unpleasantly rude woman will appear on screen, wave her arms to get your attention then motion to pick up the phone.

Beautiful property needs professional management.

This is a beautiful property in a great location- that is in serious need of professional management. The internet did not work - it would pop in once in a while, but was mostly useless. The TV did not work - it was not connected to anything but a DVD player. There was a nice-looking gas fireplace- but it did not work. There was a nice balcony and the weather was great - but not so much as a chair to sit on it.

Don’t stay here

I went to this property and the room was like an ice box, because the wall heater wasn’t working. I had to call the property they claimed they don’t do refunds (only hotels.com) so Hotels.con rep called for me. Blatant lie because then she had to ask the manager to refund ?? Even the hotels.com rep was shocked by the lack of care. Don’t sell a room with a broken heater! I was also almost late for a dinner dealing with all this. I asked for a refund days ago and nothing! I didn’t stay here and had to get another room somewhere else and they refuse to refund my money. Horrible business practice especially in a small town lncline Village.

No support from property management. WiFi doesn’t work. Smoke detector kept going off needing a new battery. Maintenance came in, looked at it and left and never came back to fix it. Fireplace didn’t work either
