This was in a great part of town close to lots of food, transportation, and sites! 24 hour concierge so nice and safe and quiet. Great conditions inside with comfortable bed and full kitchen. Big deck, too! We would stay again.

We have stayed at the Marlin apartments before. It is just like a hotel with a full place to sleep and eat. We like that there is a full kitchen in every room so that if we don't want to eat out, we have options. It's very close to 3 different tube stations, and within walking distance of lots to see!

Apartment was spacious but I was a Solo Traveller, there was a pungent smell in the hallways and no Air Conditioning so avoid when its hot. The price reflects the location being in the City but its nothing special, no complimentary water for instance. Would only stay here again if pace was right and for Business not pleasure

Very helpfull staff. Excellent location close to both tube and train stations. On the 5. floor you can hear the tube passing if you concentrate, and wait for it. It was no problem even for the light sleeper. Fine restaurants, take away, and groceries close by. Also a few pubs. Mostly business people around. Nice and safe area for families. Would like to stay there again.

A receptionist named Mahamud said that using the sofa bed would require an additional £60. This information was never disclosed beforehand—neither at the time of booking nor during check-in, and there was no mention of it in any materials provided to guests. Charging extra fees without prior disclosure is extremely unacceptable. Is it even legal to impose such hidden charges without informing guests in advance? I will never book this hotel again. There is no integrity.

Apartment-style rooms are as pictured; large and well equipped for longer stays (full kitchen , washer-dryer, dishwasher, etc.) Better instructions for combination washer-dryer would be great. No A/C but there was decent airflow with windows open and fan in the second room we had (first room we had was not as cool but we moved rooms as washer was broken in first room we had). Location is pretty good. There is a bike rental rack right in front of the hotel and easy access to bike lanes and subway to all main areas. Lots of places to eat nearby.

The staff went over and above for us. We needed an adapter for the UK and one of the gentlemen offered us his own for use. We had a quiet unit on the 6th floor with all the amenities we needed. The location is amazing. Just across the bridge from the Burrow and very close to the bus stops.
