I loved staying here! It was a great place. Great location, friendly property manager and walkable to coffee and restaurants. It was also close to U of U where I needed to be. I will definitely stay here again!

Loved being near Lincoln Park and 9th&9th. Location was also both quiet and residential while near freeways. Space was bright light and well laid out. Kitchen was well equipped and convenient.

Property had nice and well decorated furnishings. However, cleaners left dirty/used sponge for dishes, and kitchen tongue was oily and had left over food on it. Wonder how clean the remaining dishes were. There is also a park with homeless encampments 1/2 block away. Porch light was never on - so it was pitch dark and I had to use my own iphone flashlight to walk up stairs to the porch. When I reachout out on text about porch light, I received no reply. (but they did get back to me on how to enter the property initially)

Exceptionally attractuve refurbished one bedroom with attractuve hotwater shower and Variety of kitchen cooking amenities. Very quiet and safe. My only issue was bright blue clock light on oven hood. I sleep on my left and was awakened by this light which i could not disable. A two inch piece of back electrical tape to cover would do the trick. Otherwise hoghly recommended
