First time staying and would definitely stay again. Had the family room, which had everything we needed and more. Met the owner on the first night who was pleasant. We had driven through the night from Wales, arriving at 8am and not able to check in till 3pm wasn’t great, early check in option would be brilliant.

My hotel room was nice and clean, and the host Erol was very attentive and helpful, and made sure I had everything I need. It was really useful having a microwave in my room - saved me a lot of money on breakfast! It's only about 25-30mins drive from Edinburgh but a lot cheaper than similar hotels in the city.

Awful communications, no check-in desk but PINs issued via email, ours didn't work and the contact number on email and website is not live and could not be used. Others reported d Would not book again.

Spacious room and bathroom. Good storage. Regular size fridge good for longer stays. Felt secure with entry key code. Unfortunately bed was on the hard side and there was a bit of road noise during the night (it is a main road and I was at the front). Overall decent value for money.

It was like sleeping on a building site, our check in wasn’t sent to us so we had to wait 45 mins for the manager to call and tell us what rooms… couldn’t use the stairs as they were just concrete steps, was so dangerous walking up and down them Our door had toilet roll stuffed in the hinges and the toilet door didn’t have a handle had to close the door from the hook inside the bathroom

the property had no reception no one on site! the hotel its self emailed are pin codes f a day after we arrived and a guest told us that all the doors were set top a set pin which was to be the accurate the room had lots of issues and cleanliness,staines on carpets sink wasnt sealed on shower was a tub with a head

Checking in got confusing and the mobile number did not connect. A fellow guest informed us of one that did work and though we interrupted him in a meeting he waited patiently while I checked information on my emails, which eventually got us in.

The place was fine but we stayed for 5 days but housekeeping service not available for staying days and we cleaned by ourselves. We chose the room with kitchenette but the sink or washing stuffs are not accessible in the room. Therefore we used bathroom washbasin for cleaning the utensils. For request, If housekeeping not available, please try to keep hoover and other cleaning stuffs in the room. Otherwise the place is affordable.

Booked a room, we were given a code that didn’t work for the door to get to our room, we eventually got in but it took 2 hours, meaning we got very limited sleep.

The sheets were dirty and i had to go and purchase new sheets. I was told someone was going to bring to the site clean sheets but no one came. This place was disgusting and should not be listed. Carpets were worn and filthy. This place needs a deep clean. People are shouting at 2.30am. Will definitely not recommend to anyone as this place is a complete dive. The only good thing about this place is the exterior.

Building site, trip hazards especially for a visually impaired person. Nobody at yhe place to talk to. Phone number doesnt work. No reaction to emails. Stains on walls and carpets. If this room was £30 i wouldn't have moaned but at £90+ its absolutely ridiculous what u get for the money. Id never recommended and wouldnt go back.. if i could have rearranged a different hotel and got a refund on the night i would have!!

The bed was uncomfortable, and I noticed a stain on the blanket. There were also spiders in the bathroom, which was concerning. The windows appeared to be in very poor condition, and I was hesitant to open them in case they broke. No staff available or answer their phone. They email giving u a code to get into your hotel and room but if it doesn't work u r stuck with no access. We phoned the first night n got a text saying some1 was on their way gut didnt arrive. And random drunk ppl ended up giving us a code that apparently works for every room. The 2nd night once again locked out. Managed to guess the code to get in main door after an hr but stuck outside our room 4 ages. Knocked another room n the guest there put their code in 4our room n managed to let us in ....safe eh. The smaller problems were zero toilet role and dirty shower. Location was great!

I stay away a lot with work and this was the worst accommodation I have stayed in. The bathroom was clean, as were the towels and bedding. However the carpet was so dirty I darent take my shoes off. The communal areas were dirty. It didn’t feel safe. It’s above take away shops. The room had a lingering smell. Darent open the window as it was onto a roof which accessed other rooms. The TV had been changed to a foreign language and didn’t work. I don’t know how they can charge the money they do. Avoid at all costs. It appears an HMO rather than a hotel
