The room itself was nice. However being in the basement we did notice a damp like smell in the main corridors. However, the major downside was the significant construction works taking part immediately outside the property. The workers started at 7:15am which meant our stay started with 2 very tired young children who were woken early after a long day of travelling. The workmen stopped at 6pm so it depends on how much time you spend in the property during the day as to how disruptive the noise would be. We did raise this with the property owners but their view was nobody else had raised it as being too disruptive.

Tolle Wohnung mit super Ausstattung. Die Klimaanlage hat unseren Schlaf gerettet bei Außentemperatur von über 35 Grad. Wohnung erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen. Das Schlafsofa selbst auszuklappen war auch kein Problem. An der wochentags recht lauten Baustelle direkt vor der Haustür kann der Betreiber der Unterkunft nichts ändern. Leider war die Lage für unseren Städtetrip dann doch nicht so optimal. Man läuft mindestens 25 min bis zum Dom. Aber insgesamt war alles prima und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
