Great boutique hotel in a good location

My girlfriend and I stayed four nights at Villa Rotana early January 2013. Check in was a breeze even late at night. The boutique hotel is very clean and new. The room was big and clean and we had no complaints with the bed. The rooftop pool, although small was more than adequate for us and plenty of sun loungers to go around. The view from the rooftop is spectacular as well. Breakfast was ok, the spread could have been much bigger although it was good that they changed some of their dishes each day to show variety. One thing to note is that there is no free wifi at all in the hotel, I am not sure if this is the norm for hotels in general in Dubai but we found it odd that there is none even in the lobby. Overall, my girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay, service was very good and the location was very central and they were able to accommodate my request for a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa.

スタッフが親切です。駅の改札までは7〜8分歩きます。改札が道路を挟んで反対側にあるからです。近くにスーパーマーケットやコーヒー屋、31アイスクリーム、バス停があります。ホテル裏の駐車場にはEAT&DRINKがあり、シュワルマが食べられます。美味しいです。タクシーが乗り入れるスペースもあるので便利です。掃除するスタッフはとても丁寧に仕事をします。

the property is long overdue for a renovation. We were quite surprised by the level of the rooms and the bathroom, which do not look like the photos in any way. the wood is old there is rust around the lanterns, carpets are worn out. The only good thing is breakfast. we are upgraded because we decided to leave in the middle of our stay. The rooms are capacious, but would close this down till it is renovated. staff is very helpful

The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and the area is very safe. We had a suite with Burj view and really enjoyed it. Abdul was kind and pleasant. He was always there to help us with our needs. We only interacted with Atif briefly, but really appreciate his help with our transportation needs.

Vielen lieben Dank an Abdul und das ganze Team des Hotels. Wir hatten ein Nachtflug und bereits im Voraus eine frühere Ankunft angemeldet. Leider war das Zimmer nicht verfügbar und uns wurde angeboten das Swimmingpool zu nutzen und uns frisch zu machen. So gegen 11 Uhr dürfen wir das Zimmer einbeziehen. Wir hatten einen suoer Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Frühstück war toll und besonders am Wochenende abwechslungsreich. Wir dürfen unser Mietwagen im Parkhaus in der Tiefgarage parken. Obwohl wir zu dritt mit 9-jähriges Kind gebucht haben war im Zimmer nur ein Kingbett verfügbar, sodass das Zustellbett später nach Anfrage geliefert wurde. Top Location. Metro zu Fuß erreichbar und eine Station von Dubaimall und Burj Khalifa entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäft sowie Streetfood in der Nähe.

Really basic amenities across all over, room, restaurant, etc. Definitely needs freshening up. Also, they should mention they serve no alcohol at all at the property, not even at the restaurant, as it is a "dry hotel".
