Lovely spacious apartment, everything you need, complimentary refreshments as well, easy parking with parking permits. Walking distance to both North and South Bays only 15 mins so ideally located if you can manage the steep walk on the return. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Very nice appartement. We were 3 and had everything we need. Some very good restaurant near by, coop and gas few steps away and easy driving to York. We would definitively come back.

The apartment was very well fitted out, the staff were lovely very helpful, it is a little far from town and took us a while to find the local supermarket, maybe some instructions on how to work the job and parking was an issue, we went out for the day and had to park quite a walk away, but on the whole we loved it and were very comfortable 😊

The view from the apartment was amazing. Having a dining area overlooking the ocean was fantastic. The only big downside was how unclean the apartment was especially the kitchen. The hot water and water pressure also left alot to be desired.

Helaina Luxury in Scarborough

This was a quality apartment. Very Contemporary and had a luxury feel about it. It was spotlessly clean.The owners had ensured that the heating was on so it was cosy warm when we arrived on a chilly afternoon. Check in and out was simple and Tom the owner was on hand to answer any questions. We had the basement apartment and this had a lovely double bedroom and a separate smaller bedroom with bunk beds. Bed was very comfortable and linen pristine. Open plan living area with a flat screen TV above the fireplace made for easy living..:>).Well stocked kitchen utensils and all cooking amenities. The apartment egress is onto Queens Parade and direct access to the North Marine Parade and beaches.You can alos walk to Peasholm Park in about 15/20 minutes and into the town in about 10 mins or so quite handily placed.I would definitely recommend this place.My only grumbles were for the bath you had to run the hot water at "half speed" to get piping hot water and the Wi Fi was a bit hit and miss.Other than that...super.

Beautiful

Beautiful clean apartment. The decor and quality of furniture was fantastic. Tom answered all our queries before our stay and welcomed us on our arrival. Everything was perfect, my only (small) gripe is that the 1 bedroom apartment is on the ground floor and although there is a sea view, it depends on the size of the vehicle parked in front of the window. I would much prefer an apartment on a higher floor but these are all 2 bedroom.

Lovley apartment peaceful very comfortably. Dvd was broken however when i told them On check out said they could of swapped it so should of asked. Would definitely stay again thankyou
