The hotel was good, but be warned the breakfast is very poor (two slices of bread, yogurt, juice, and an egg you need to cook yourself). The area around the hotel was also good, walking distance to everything we wanted to see but street not well lit at night so take that into consideration. Also only stairs at the hotel so need to carry luggage up if not on the ground floor.

Great Location + Value

Incredible value for the price. You can walk to quite a few iconic destinations from the hotel —such as Lastarria and Patio Bellavista. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed!

Arrived early morning. Held bags and had room ready 3.5 hours earlier than check-in time of 3 for no added cost. Well located to walk to San Cristobal and San Lucia Hill. Friendly staff. 16 mins drive from airport.

Extremely clean; comfy bed

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The bathroom was spotless. Comfortable bed. The immediate area wasn’t very upscale, but it felt safe. I would stay here again the next time I’m in Santiago.

Rooms are nice and cosy. Management is very nice and helpful. Area around the property is disappointing. Not a nice area to walk - there is a lot of homelessness, graffiti; shops and streets look rundown.

I was very happy to stay in the apart B hotel, except the shower that needs a full door because everytime I went to take a shower lots of water keep falling on the floor. If you guys update the shower I will consider it. Otherwise no. I was very unhappy with that issue. Thank you

Was smaller building with no elevator so I had to walk up lots of stairs to get to third floor . The staff were extremely helpful Tv was a little funky at times and only two english channels, wifi was fine , has outdoor court yard which also was nice, clean and relaxing to sit in . They did also charge me for dirty sheets, which after three nights just needed washed, after a little chat they withdrew the charges

Terrible Hotel with Shady Business Practices

This hotel was really garbage. The staff were extremely rude and gave wrong information on purpose every time we asked a question. The room was dirty and there were stains on the sheets. When we asked for a change they said there will be an additional charge to clean the sheets. After we left they sent some bogus email about missing towels and kept the security deposit. Would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Bom apart hotel, mas sem elevador.

Café manhã uma cesta entregue na véspera. Faltava para mim leite e queijo. Felizmente tem um mercado em frente. Funcionário muito gentil, ajudaram cpom a subida das malas. Não fiquei pela 2a vez como estava previsto, pelo fato de ter uma escada para ir para os quartos com corrimão apenas no lado mais estreito da escada. Não havia atentado para a falta de elevador!!! Apart hotel para jovens.

Localização e acomodações ótimas

Localização maravilhosa, preço justo e em virtude da escolha de realização dos passeios fora de Santiago e que temos que nos ausentar muito cedo e chegar muito tarde, o café da manhã é entregue na tarde do dia anterior para que possamos fazer /levar nos passeios. Mercado barato em frente, farmácia próxima e o pátio Bellavista e metrô muito próximo. Limpeza sempre programada, trocas de toalhas e etc. segurança. Foi tudo muito bom.

A little grocery store is right across the street for water and vegetables and anything you need for your kitchen. However where is very quiet at night. So it might turn some people off about security. But with your back to the front door if you turn to the left the neighborhood gets dodgy. If you turn to the right it is the neighborhood of patio Bella Vista which is lively restaurants college students and always hopping. Restaurants and food or an abundance around this hotel. Another caution. I would definitely get a sweet with a separate living room the bedrooms with kitchenettes are very tiny and on the first floor and very dark. They're in the back and super quiet and protected but they're very tiny two people will be on top of each other which many people like.

Apart Hotel maravilhoso!

Fui um pouco receosa, porque tinha alguns comentários ruins na internet. Mas adorei o hotel! Quarto limpo, novo, cama confortável, atendentes maravilhosos! Cozinha completa! O café da manhã é deixado no quarto 1 dia antes: ovos, pães, sucos, café e frutas. Daí usamos o fogão, o micro e a cafeteira para fazermos nossa comida da forma que quisermos, não achei isso um problema! O hotel fica perto do centro histórico de Santiago, dá para conhecer o centro a pé, tranquilamente. Voltarei a me hospedar lá quando retornar a Santiago.

Estadia boa, nada demais.

O hotel é bem localizado, muito perto do museu das Artes, a estação de metro Bellas Artes fica a uns 10min no máximo e há um mercado em frente ao hotel, tem um Mc Donalds e o Patio Ballavista próximo. Amigos chilenos me falaram pra não andar com celular ou pertences a mostra durante a noite pois é uma região de assaltos, logo tem que ficar esperto. Uber funciona muito bem e chega muito rápido em todas as vezes que solicitei. O café da manhã servido no dia anterior é até bom, na cozinha há utensílios para preparar algo como panelas, há uma torradeira e chaleira elétricas. O banheiro tem torneira de água fria/quente, senti falta de um box com porta e suporte para sabonete e itens de banho. A limpeza é ok, nada demais, as toalhas trocadas tinha fio de cabelo de outro hospede. Há quartos no nível da rua.

O quarto bem grande , cama maravilhosa , roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade . Banheiro bom , com o único inconveniente que o box não vedava totalmente, então molhava o banheiro todo . No dia anterior era deixado uma cesta para o preparo do café da manhã, sempre as mesmas coisas e muito fraco , tivemos que comprar alguns itens para melhorar o café. Poderia ser um pouco melhor . Havia um mercado em frente . O local à noite é inseguro , não é recomendado sair aos arredores do hotel . Resumindo : Gostei da hospedagem e voltaria novamente . Os funcionários muito prestativos e educados , fizeram de tudo para nos agradar .
