Check in via email with access link was very easy and convenient. Location was perfect with easy access to metro station and walkable to all Madrid has to offer without being in an overly crowded area. Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff was very communicative, any questions I had. They answered them accordingly in a timely manner. I would recommend this place and if I come to Madrid, I will definitely consider staying in one of the sweets. The complementary cleaning was amazing. They cleaned the whole place.
