Perfekt semesterlÀgenhet

Mycket bra boende, snyggt och frÀscht, rymlig studio. Det enda man kan sakna Àr krokar för badlakan. Men hur gick det till nÀr handfatet i duschrummet monterades - ca 25 cm högre Àn normalt! 10 minuters promenad till Royal Mile och 10 minuter till Haymarket för transport till flygplatsen

Mycket trevlig lÀgenhet med ett bra utrustat kök. Perfekt om man ska tillbringa nÄgra dagar i Edinburgh och kanske vill ordna med frukost och middag pÄ egen hand. VÀlstÀdat och frÀscht överlag.

Nice & central, but no cleaning during our stay.

The place felt newly refurbished with no wear and tear on the room or furnishings. The kitchen area was fully equipped with everything we needed. However, we stayed for 10 nights and the room was not cleaned once, nor was the bedding changed. We had to email the owner to get fresh towels, more toilet paper and take out the garbage ourselves.This felt more like a rented apartment, even though it was advertised as a hotel, as we didn't get the services offered by a hotel. For the price we paid I think this was sloppy and rather lazy, as this place isn't exactly cheap. However, if you are planning a shorter stay or aren't bothered by these things I would recommend this hotel/apartment.

This was the perfect place in Edinburgh! It was close to all of the transport but also easy to walk around to everything we wanted to do. The place was clean, tidy and perfect size!

Clean, comfortable, excellent location.

This is a comfortable apartment in an excellent location. The large bed was a treat as we have one at home and struggle a bit with small ones.

The flat was in a quiet area just a few blocks from Grassmarket Square which has lots of pubs and restaraunts. We were here for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the flat was a short walk to most of the venues. Just around the corner from the flat on Spittal St is the Blue Blazer (a lovely neighbourhood pub for a night cap), and The Source Coffee to get you going in the morning. We would definately stay here again.

I wanted to be close to our tour departure the next day and this was the perfect place! An 11 minute walk got us up the hill easily with no steps! It’s a beautiful place and really clean. This is my first experience with a place where you let yourself in, and being a novice, it took me a bit to figure it out, but once we did, we loved it!

Nice apartment in central location

Good location,near to castle and shops, fair price. lovely touches, nice tea, coffee and biscuits, also nice toiletries. One hob was not working, shower tray filled up with water when shower was on powerful setting. Hole in bed sheet. Bleach stained towel.quite noisy from neighbours above. Parking is limited and very expensive. Electric keypad for entry, great idea

Comfortable place, excellent location.

Excellent location - step out of the front door for an eyeful of Castle, look out of the window for a view of garden. We had a problem (the dishwasher beeps like a smoke alarm about to go off!) and the property manager explained it - and was ready to come over immediately if it persisted. We had two comfortable and pleasant days here.

Handy for the usher hall.

Check in was easy. I was provided a code to get in a few days before my arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, cups etc. location was very handy for the usher hall and near an ncp car park. A couple of lightbulbs needed changing and the fridge was off and warm when we arrived. Enjoyed our stay and would use again in the future.

Central location

Lovely apartment with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Close to venue we were visiting. Good selection of restaurants and bars close by. Friendly host and easy access to building.
