Being low season it was very quiet, there were some lovely walks, the beach was raked daily, the people were very pleasant and it was easy to get around by taxi. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were great and when the restaurant was open it was very good. We heartily recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in an ideal location. It is quiet but there are several nice bar/restaurants within 2mins walk. Beautiful pool which is spotless clean. Pool bar is excellent with reasonable prices.The whole property is very clean, inside and out. Gorgeous beach is a few steps away with 3 bar/restaurants on or overlooking beach. About a 20 mins lovely walk along the prom with stunning views, into centre of very lively portimao.

The hotel is an older style, but exceptionally clean and the beds were so comfortable. We were in D block by the road and yes there is some road noise but this gets less late eve. Still had best sleep in a long time. Saw many staff throughout our stay checking and cleaning all areas, all seemed happy in their work and were friendly. Pool area had plenty of beds and umbrellas and beach is 2 min walk. Thanks for a lovely break.

Amazing for a family, immaculate outside pool, great inside pool, everything well taken care of, and friendly staff always eager to help. just 1 step from the beach, with a cat colony outside the gate eager to be pet'd - could not ask for better place. will definitely return. Only thing that needs urgent uplift and improvement is the wi-fi - it is impossible to work from this location with the wi-fi provided.

Easy access to the seafront. Lovely walks around. Very comfortable beds. Every single person working there was very polite and helpful. We love swimming and indoor pool was fantastic, apart of opening times 9-7, . And also when we booked, it was including steam and sauna, but you have to pay for it and pre-book it now:-{ so not very happy about that.
