Checkin was seamless. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The floors and table top were also gross. We called and they sent a housekeeper to clean the bathroom, yet when we returned, it was still not to simple standards (hair on counter, stuff towards the back wall of the shower, etc). The location is amazing, though…. No view, but quick walk to ferry, food, shopping, etc.

This was a great find. Not only was it a great value for the cost, but the staff went above and beyond, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. We stayed in the Family Suite. It was very spacious and well fitted out. Cleaning and towel change daily with water supplied daily too. Within 5 minutes walk to main street with numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Within 10 minutes walk to seafront and ferry terminal. Although close to all amenities it is set in a quiet back street so noise is minimal. Staff were very freindly and helpful. If you are a smoker there is an allocated smoking area between the reception and the restaurant. We were room only but breakfast is available if you wish which looked very good. Would fully recommend a stay here and will definitely be returning.
