Pratique mais accueil impersonnel

Qualité en baisse par rapport à nos premiers séjours, appartement confortable, mais les produits nécessaires à un minimum de ménage (éponge, petit produit nettoyage cuisine, torchon...) ne sont plus fournis, pas de cafetière non plus. outre les petits défauts dus sans doute à des malfaçons au départ, il manquait le savon prévu à côté du lavabo et impossible de régler le chauffage : allumé, la soufflerie était à fond donc très vite température trop élevée et on ne pouvait pas le baisser. Donc il fallait l'éteindre régulièrement, heureusement l'isolation est assez bien faite et on a pu s'en passer la nuit. Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a plus de réception côté Tulip Inn, il faut aller au 6e étage de l'hôtel première classe, et la personne présente le jour de notre arrivée ne semblait pas vouloir écouter nos remarques, pourtant gentilles, précisant simplement qu'il faudrait revoir l'affichage à l'entrée de la résidence, qui ne précise pas justement qu'il n'y a plus de réception, et indiquant encore le restaurant ouvert (affichage lumineux en plus) alors qu'il est fermé depuis plusieurs mois !! Certes une feuille A4 collée sur la porte précise l'endroit où il faut s'enregistrer, mais le regard porte logiquement sur la pancarte plus visible ! Pour le départ aucun contact, il faut juste laisser la carte et la télécommande dans l'appart en espérant que tout ira bien !

Très satisfait

Tres satisfait de mon séjour. En arrivant vous devez récupérer les clés de votre studio à l’hôtel première classe situé quasiment au même endroit. Le parking couvert est gratuit et très pratique pour se rendre dans votre chambre. Seule chose la femme de chambre qui rentre dans la chambre alors qu’on était en train de dormir. Je recommande cet établissement

Il faut aimer les jeux de piste

Bonjour, Il n'est pas simple de trouver la réception alors à 22h ça devient très pénible! La chambre est très spacieuse mais impersonnelle et le chauffage n'avait pas été allumé. Quand je l'ai allumé, il a généré un bruit de fond assez fort (même en petite vitesse de fan) Et l'hôtel est tellement agréable qu'ils doivent subir ps mal de vols d'où une caution et on vous distribue la télécommande pour la télé à votre arrivée. Rien d'horrible, mais surtout, rien d'agréable. Je vais de temps en temps à Thionville, mais je n'irai plus dans cet hotel.

La réception est très difficile à trouver, le bâtiment ressemble à un labyrinthe. C’est sympa avec des enfants mais beaucoup moins pour un séjour professionnel. Préférez le petit déjeuner au café du coin si vous avez faim et aimer la qualité.

Hôtel Tulip partagé avec un hôtel Formule 1. Aucune indication pour trouver l'accueil. En fin de compte, accueil au 6ème etage dans l'autre hôtel. En clair, reprendre sa voiture pour prendre son petit-déjeuner dans l'autre hôtel. Bref compliqué, et sans explications pour autant. Chambre tres correct, spacieuse, propre, etc. Petit déjeuner tres correct également.

L'accès à l'établissement est un peu difficile à trouver. Il faut en fait se garer au niveau 0 du Première Classe puis prendre un ascenseur jusqu'au 6ème étage pour trouver la réception du Première Classe. L'option du petit-déjeuner n'avait pas été prise en compte donc j'ai du avancer les frais du premier petit-déjeuner, j'attends toujours le remboursement. Pour le reste, le studio est confortable et propre avec tout le nécessaire. Il faut veiller à amener une éponge et du liquide-vaisselle ou alors des pastilles pour lave-vaisselle car il n'y en a pas. Le personnel est très sympathique.

During my stay at this hotel, I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was dirty upon arrival, with stains on the bedding and dust everywhere. The bathroom seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in days, and there was an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. When I complained about the condition of the room, I was brushed off, and nothing was done. To make matters worse, after my stay, I did not get my deposit back, despite leaving the room in good condition and trying to contact them multiple times afterward. You really feel like you're not taken seriously.

Lorsque l’on arrive dans l’hôtel on ne sait pas s’il faut aller à la réception du Tulip Inn ou du Première Classe. Le Tulip Inn ressemble à un hôtel désertique. Mais le bruit de l’autoroute toute proche est bien présent. Il faut changer d’hôtel pour aller prendre le petit déjeuner. Le parking est squatter par des personnes alcoolisées. Le lit est de qualité très médiocre, on y dort très mal.
