The apartment was smaller than expected. It was a studio and not one bedroom .The bed was behind a glass screen.
But the apartments are in a fantastic location and ours views were amazing.
Der Blick vom Balkon war hervorragend. Wir haben für unseren Hund 50 Euro für 1 Woche extra bezahlt. Dazu kommt 50 Euro extra Reinigungskosten + Tax ca. 20 Euro. Dazu kommt 350 Euro Deposit für eventuelle Schäden.

Otroligt bra läge med närhet till strand och pool samt restauranger i ett mysigt Carihuela. Fantastisk utsikt.

Slitent , ikke bar, ikke restaurant. Heis som ikke virket så lenge vi var der. Veldig liten leilighet. Vi hadde ikke valgt dette bostedet om vi hadde sett fassaden.
El apartamento esta bien pero para 4 adultos es pequeño por la incomodidad del sofa cama, es muy pequeño y mal colchón, hierros que salen etc.. para dos adultos. En las fotos suyas aparecen cortinas recodederas para que cuando salga el dÃa entre poca luz. Pues no es asà tiene unos estores que deja pasar la luz natural del dÃa y cuando sale el sol ya no hay quien duerma se pone de dia el apartamento.

The apartment was excellent with the best pool- and ocean view and a big terrace. Could sleep 4 people, but there were only 2 chairs on the terrace. Only negative side was the lack of sunbeds by the pool. There were around 20 sunbeds, all broken, and each morning all the senior citizen ran down to block the beds with their towels around 7:30, and then came back several hours later... Not nice... Pool also opened late (12:00). But a very nice area for relaxing.
The reviews are not necessarily for a certain apartment as Waterfront have 6 properties in Santa Clara. My review is for Santa Clara 4 apartment 1335. 4 adults 1 child & 1 infant in a 2 bed 2 bath sleeps 6. The apartment is in an amazing location & sitting on the balcony looking out over the beach & sea & watching the world go by is wonderful. Disappointed 1 bedroom is an internal room with no window or ventilation had we known we would not have booked this property. Arrived for 3 week stay the aircon system not working properly visit from an engineer left us with a floor standing fan & a mobile aircon unit with a 3 pin british electric plug in an apartment with 2 pin plugs !! neither were sufficient especially in the internal bedroom which was like a cave. Aircon never repaired in our 3 weeks stay.Look out for extra charges for the aircon details said it was included but we were notified it would be extra if it went over 10kw per week. Checked in & paid the balance of our €6000 stay we checked the cookware & found it to be chipped Ikea crockery we asked for 5 new plates & 1 bowl we do not eat from chipped crockery. A few kitchen utensils are provided but no veg peeler/small sharp knife or tin opener & only cutlery for 5. Flat Ikea pillows on the beds. No linen change included extra charge of €30. Baby cot €50 no linen provided.Communal pool with with sunbeds at €3 each per day.The apartment is lovely but not worth the price we paid in comparison to other properties.
Fantastisk lägenhet, dock så behöver huset sig en rejäl uppdatering. Känns som 80-talet när man går i korridorerna. Lägenhet nyrenoverad med fantastisk havsutsikt.
The apartment was in a great location, very secure, and a balcony overlooking the sea. On arrival we were met by the Waterfront representative who showed us round and made sure we had a good idea of the apartment facilities and its location.
Only thing we were not made aware of and it is not noted in the various apartment descriptions is that the pool is closed fro October through to May/June.
We only found this out by asking the reception. This was disappointing as we travelled with two children who love swimming pools.
The pool bar and supermarket were also closed.
Overall great facilities in the apartment with air con in living room and both bedrooms.
Bra läge, fantastisk utsikt, trevlig modern miljö.

Näköala huoneistosta oli fantastinen ja hyvää oli se että ikkunaseinä parvekkeelle sai konaan auki.
Huoneisto oli hiukan kulunut ja astiaston voisi päivittää sillä useampi osa oli halki tai reunasta puuttui pala. Vesikeitin ei toiminut mutta meille tuotiin uusi joten se asia hoidettiin hyvin. Siantinsa puolesta huoneisto on hyvä sillä se on aivan rantakadun varrelle ja kävellen pääsee Belalmadenaan.

Huone oli perussiisti, hyvin varusteltu ja hyvässä kunnossa. Perushinta ei sisältänyt mitään palveluita vaan kaikista siivouksista piti maksaa tuntihinta ja lisäksi vielä loppusiivous erikseen. Pesukone huoneessa oli millä sai itse pestyä pyyhkeet, ilman lisähintaa pyyhkeitä eikä lakanoita vaihdettu. Sijainti oli paras mahdollinen rannalla ja silti lähellä Torren keskustaa ja juna-asemaa. lähellä paljon kauppoja ja ravintoloita sekä hyvä uima-allas ja allasalue.
