Amazing hotel - it is a suite, with bath room, living room and bed room. The living room has sofa and bar table. The staffs are helpful. We rented two bikes for free from the hotel and had a great time.

Nice new hotel still finding its feet

Positives: - Spacious suite with bedroom and separate living / kitchenette area - New (apparently opened in January 2017) - Excellent location about 10 minutes to Parque Kennedy - The hotel arranged taxi to/from airport for extra charge Things to note: - New facilities but lacking maintenance; for example the kitchenette floor already had scratches and the shower had poor drainage - Breakfast was a huge disappointment given the standard of the hotel and room rates. Extremely limited Continental breakfast which was served to the room. - Housekeeping staff seemed to lack training; they threw away the soap and did not replace toiletries - We gave the above feedback to the hotel to help them improve the quality of service at this promising new property

It is a roach hotel. I found severed roach legs, roach wings, and actual roaches throughout the room. The shower was moldy. Mini fridge didn't work ao my food was spoiled. Microwave had a terrible smell. Pillows had hairs and covers were unwashed. The photos featured were staged. The only good thing was that the staff was relatively friendly and polite.

Ive been here before. This time the quality was disappointing. Breakfast was only bread and egg. No eggs the last 2 days beacuse they didnt have gas. No fruits. Towels were small and thin. NO INTERNET for 2 whole mornings.

I've got little trouble bringing guest to my room so it is advised to heck with the hotel before if it is permitted. Make sure to request a lower floor because the higher up the less pressure the shower has, I was in the 7th floor and it was dripping from the shower.
