One of my worst experiences in a hotel. First of all. One of the glass windows by the stairway is easy to mistake for an opening, and I walked into it and cut myself and have a knot on my head.. I know it sounds silly, but itโ€™s easy to make this mistake. The glass needs to be marked. That wasnโ€™t bad enough. The air-conditioning did not work in the hotel when I asked the front desk. They said sorry itโ€™s just hot outside. This is unacceptable for a hotel and quite simply we did not sleep all night.. It was a horrible experience, thank goodness it was only one night. I plan to complain to the front desk, but somebody beat me to it and by the time he got done lecturing them I just decided to leave. I donโ€™t even know what to say.

well located for what i needed. Staff were really friendly. The room was slightly dated and the decking on the balcony is a little unsafe. Very clean and air conditioning was well needed.
