I cannot recommend this place enough. Just book it & you will see why. Location, service, views, etc. cannot be beat. You are close to everything without the noises & inconvenience of being near the old town. It’s a quiet beautiful apartment tucked away in the best location ever & the owner & staff are the nicest & friendliest people who help with any request you have.

Excellent communication from Marko when we booked making sure everything went smoothly across check in. Apartment is excellent with everything you need and great views of the Old City which is a stones throw from the front door. We will definitely stay here again.

Cava Apartments was perfect! Our host, Marko, was excellent and responded to our every communication. The apartment was spacious, well provisioned and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, renovated, comfortable, and lacked for nothing whatsoever. The apartment is close to Old Town with a great view of the fort and the ocean beyond. We had easy access to everything we wanted - bus, tours, the Serpentina, restaurants, etc. We do not hesitate to recommend Marko and Cava Apartments to anyone. Excellent place to stay in Dubrovnik.

I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Dubrovnik! The location is perfect, 5-10 minute walk to most of the main sights. The view from the apartment is gorgeous. The host Marko is extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make our trip enjoyable!

A great stay at a wonderfully modern apartment a few minutes walk from Dubrovnik’s old town. Perfect facilities, great host who left food and drink for when we arrived and communicated excellently.

Great view of the Old Town. Marco was very helpful throughout our trip and the apartment had lots is special touches. We also did a tour through him from Trogir into Dubrovnik. Everything was top notch!

Excellent place to stay just a few minutes walk to the old town. Just be aware, there are quite a few steps to negotiate to get down to the old town and back. Communication with our host was very good. We arrived late in the evening and walked straight into our apartment after a simple WhatsApp message whilst we were on our way from the airport. Our host was extremely accommodating and an excellent complimentary bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival. If you can manage the steps then I would definitely recommend staying here.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cava apartments, the facilities were nice and complete with everything you could need. Very comfortable and convenient location for proximity to the Old Town and restaurants. Vedrana was very informative and welcoming. I would definitely stay again!

The apartment was perfect for our first few days of our trip to Croatia. We did not have a car and the location was walkable to Old Town Dubrovnik. The views were spectacular, and there was also a bakery and grocery store steps from the apartment which was really convenient—especially for our first morning there.

Excellent apartment, very close to old town. My mother and 5 year old loved it! Marko’s sister greeted us upon arrival, showed us where to park and gave lots of wonderful recommendations for our stay. Would definitely recommend booking this lovely apartment.

The host, Marko, was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the privilege of staying with. Truly can’t say enough. They have other apartments nearby that are also fantastic.

An absolutely splendid stay!

Marko’s house is simply amazing, with a breathtaking view of the old town. The location is perfect — close to markets and everything you might need. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The decor is tasteful and elegant, and the overall structure is very comfortable. Marko was an outstanding host — very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. I would recommend this place a thousand times over!

This apartment was in a great location near Pile gate. Great views and easy to locate. Air conditioning worked well. The only negative was that the beds were uncomfortable.

Perfect Choice if u stay in Dubronvik

It was the best bed & breakfast apartment experience I've ever had, the location was great, the apartment was clean, host was helpful and friendly, nothing bad I can say Walk to Pile Gate is about 4 minutes, walk to public swimming Sulic is about 8 minutes
