excellent location and comfortable studio

I stayed for 4 nights and the studio had everything you needed. The little kitchen was perfect and it was great to have the air conditionning The location was just amazing, just a few minute walk to the main shopping streets, it had a few small supermarkets around and was close to bus stops.

Établissement calme, bien situé et qui respecte la tranquillité de sa clientèle. C'est juste qu'à mon avis, il devrait avoir un minimum de signalisation pour mieux faire comprendre où se situe vraiment l'établissement car quand on vient pour la première fois, on a tendance à tourner en rond avant de trouver où c'est.

Chambre non conforme à ma reservation. J'ai payé plus chère pour avoir un studio confort avec vue sur la ville. J'ai eu le studio affaire il me semble avec vue sur un mur! J'ai demandé des explications et l'hôtesse d'accueil et la directrice qui était présente à ce moment m'ont repondu qu'à l'heure de mon enregistrement ils ne peuvent rien faire que c'est bien le studio réservé mais sans la vue sur la ville et que ça serait à cause d'hôtel.com qui ne met pas à jour les informations. Je ne suis pas satisfait car le studio qui m'a été attribué ne correspond pas à l'annonce et que les personnes en face de moi ne prennent pas leurs responsabilités en s'excusant simplement au lieu de chercher explication et se decharger sur la plateforme de réservation.

Clean and functional apartment-hotel with kitchen and balcony. Everything worked well, kitchen had all utensils and pans, the room was quiet, the balcony (and balcony windows) made it feel bright and spacious. Close to city center. Staff were friendly. There is an on-site laundry (although it is a bit expensive: 7 euros for a wash), reception area nothing special if you want to lounge in a hotel lobby, but these very minor drawbacks. Overall very good and convenient, I would stay again.

Établissement idéalement placé tout près du centre ville et dans une rue avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Facilement accessible de la gare (plusieurs bus). Basic budget accommodation with rude staff

Mer &golf perpignan is in a good loctaion it looks nice but the woman on reception was extremely rude when asking even the basic of things like how to get to the tourist office. Thw rooms are nice but i went to sleep amd woke up with bites. The breakfast was not good value atoll.
