Unfortunately the hotel was dirty and it was condition if we want the rooms to be clean we need to pay extra because they only do it after the check out. Then the toilet smell like urine due to the lack of cleaning, the drain from the shower was dirty and smelly as well. We needed to left the windows and door open during the day so the smell doesn’t concentrate, with the down side of the moskitos getting inside the bedroom. The hotel wasn’t cheap either just in case but either a 5 * one.

Parfaitement placé, proche du tram et des bus. Chambre bien équipée avec sa kitchenette. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel de la réception. Le seul problème étant les travaux de proximité qui bloque l’accès à l’hôtel

SEJOUR DESAGREABLE

Madame, Monsieur, Je tiens à exprimer mon mécontentement concernant l'état de propreté de la chambre que j'ai occupée dans votre hôtel du 19/03/2025 au 20/03/2025. J'ai été particulièrement choqué(e) par le manque de soin dans l'entretien de la salle de bain. À mon arrivée, les poignées de porte étaient grasses, visiblement mal nettoyées. Le fond des toilettes était noir, les joints de carrelage étaient noircis par la moisissure, rendant la salle de bain très désagréable à utiliser. De plus, les résidus de joints, prêts à tomber, et les traces de calcaire omniprésentes témoignaient d'une négligence évidente. Quant au placard de la chambre, il était couvert de saleté et de moisissures, avec des signes d'usure sur la plinthe (cf. photo). Malgré ma demande sur place, seule une intervention superficielle a été réalisée par un stagiaire, qui s'est contenté de nettoyer rapidement les poignées avec un produit, sans résoudre les véritables problèmes. Un minimum d'hygiène est attendu dans un établissement de ce type, et cette expérience a gâché mon séjour. Je vous demande un dédommagement en compensation. Sans réponse rapide et satisfaisante, je partagerai cette expérience sur les plateformes d'avis en ligne. Dans l'attente de votre retour,

Parfait comme toujours.

Nous sommes des habitués de ce resid'hôtel. C'est toujours très bien et cette fois nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassés dans une suite. Génial. Je recommande fortement cet établissement bien situé avec le tramway à deux pas et un parking gratuit.
