Posizione spettacolare, nel posto più bello della costa calabrese tirrenica. Panoramica ed immersa in una vegetazione rigogliosa. Parcheggio interno con possibilità di parcheggiare vicino al mare.

L'ambientazione è suggestiva, la vegetazione rigogliosa e curata. Vicino al mare, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi oppure in macchina, con la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente vicino al mare. In alternativa vi è un servizio navetta. Appartamento grande e spazioso con patio o terrazza abitabile. Raccolta differenziata. Difetti: spiaggia libera molto limitata ed appartamenti che richiederebbero un ammodernamento in ragione dell'usura. Pet friendly ma forse 10 euro al giorno sembrano un po' eccessivi, sarebbe più comprensibile un forfait di 50 euro per il periodo.

Appartement loué pour deux semaines, conforme à ce qui était décrit, un peu vétuste et sans goût, mais pratique et tout prêt de la plage. Dommage que les serviettes de toilette ne soient changées qu'une fois par semaine (2 fois serait bien), et que le torchon de la cuisine n'ait pas été changé. Aucun équipement (ni éponge, ni produit vaisselle, ni allume gaz), et ça c'est vraiment dommage car ça ne coûte pas grand chose d'en mettre à disposition. Le personnel n'est pas toujours très souriant, mais très efficace en cas de problème.

È un complesso residenziale ben armonizzato con l'ambiente e la vegetazione circostante. Locali ampi con terrazza, anche vista mare. Pet friendly, con supplemento. Avendo già frequentato detta struttura negli scorsi anni, debbo rilevare un significavo aumento dei prezzi ed al contempo una riduzione dei servizi.

Posto incantevole, personale cordiale e professionale. Alloggio poco curato e arredo datato; nonostante la relativa segnalazione al personale addetto, ho dovuto acquistare un accendigas per poter utilizzare i fornelli e neppure il forno della cucina era funzionante, nulla è avvenuto dopo la lamentela. Al nostro arrivo mancavano anche il microonde e il phon ma sono stati integrati immediatamente. Il servizio spieggia è a pagamento anche se tale opzione non risulta fra gli extra . Vi è stata anche una maggiorazione di 10 euro, a loro dire, sulla tasse di soggiorno rispetto al computo finale di Expedia.

Pttima posizione a Capo Vaticano. Struttura un po' datata come residence (l'hotel mi sembrava tenuto meglio), ma comunque una buona casa per una vacanza rilassante. Manca negli appartamenti il TV e l'aria condizionata che la farebbero passare da una struttura buona ad eccellente..
