Staff is great, place needs renovation

I was in doubt whenever to rate as average or poor, because location is great and price is very low. However I cannot incentivize people to go there knowing how the place looks like... teared down walls, a lot of smell, it just does not feel comfortable. It is still a great deal and to stay 1-2 nights maybe an option... but be aware there is a reason you are paying so much less compared to hotels nearby.

Stets super Service, Auto parken vor dem Hotel für Check-in und ausladen, kostenloses parken in fußläufig erreichbarem Parkhaus. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Im Zimmer ist alles was man braucht und es wird täglich geprüft ob alles in Ordnung ist/reicht.

Hotel centrale, con parcheggio privato incluso. Alla reception gentilissimi ed efficienti. La camera soleggiata con vista sulla via principale. Unica nota non positiva la lentezza della wifi. Soggiorno gradevole che merita un'altra visita.

Hotel ligt op loopafstand van centrum. Kamer netjes. Badkamer erg klein voor driepersoonskamer. Geeft meer de indruk van appartementencomplex dan hotel. Voor een overnachting goed hotel, mist ambiance voor langer verblijf.

bon hôtel, bien situé

Ce fut mon troisième séjour dans cet hôtel en 8 mois. Le premier post-covid et ça laisse des traces : mini-bar (gratuit) nettement réduit, plus de fruits, plus de parking dans l'immeuble (mais gratuit au parking public voisin). Spécial petit-déjeuner : grandiose ! Malgré les restrictions, grand moment avec absolument tout ce que on peut souhaiter. Contrairement à ce que dit hotels.com, aucune climatisation dans les chambres.

Da das Hotel nur eine Querstraße zur Fußgängerzone lage und wir einen Parkplatz mitgenucht hatten, haben wir unser KFZ am Freitag abgestellt und sind am Montag dann erst wieder weggefahren. Zu Fuß waren alle wichtige Ziele erreichbar! Der Service insbesondere der Hygieneservice war sehr gut. Es wurden jeden Tag neue Handtücher gebracht und ebenso wurde das Bettlaken (weil mit Weinflecken) neu getauscht. Hierfür eine 2 . Wir hatten darum gebeten ein ruhiges Zimmer zu erhalten. Was allerdings nicht machbar war (evtl. wegen den Nähe zur Fußgängerzone). Allerdings war ein Fenster mit Klebeband zugeklebt, was unserer Ansicht gar nicht geht. Daher für das Zimmer selber, da auch im Bad Fließen lose waren eine 3-. Das Personal, als auch die Reinigungskräfte waren sher freundlich. Insgesamt kann man das Hotel empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay in hotel Quellenhof Sophia. Our room, a junior suite on the 5th floor, was very big and had nice views. The beds were fine, there was a mini fridge with some free beers and water. Just loads of space for three the kids to play. Nice balcony as well. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel, due to the virus situation, so can't comment on those. The hotel is centrally located so we could walk everywhere. The baths are just next door. Do go there! Plenty of restaurants nearby. Not any supermarkets though. We would certainly come again.

A great choice!

Mini bar content included (2 beers, 2 soft drinks, 2 big water bottles) and more available for free at the reception fridge. Bread and fruits free on each floor and also croissants and cookies at the reception. Good room. The only thing was the bath faucet dripping. Awesome breakfest for 9.5 euros!
