The room was clean and well maintained. I did not expect the host to wait for us on the street, which was thoughtful but also made me feel a bit apologetic. If our transportation had been delayed further, I am not sure how long the host would have had to wait. The host was also very helpful in lending us a power adapter, which we really appreciated.

Only stayed for a night, but it's in a nice location close to the train and bus stations. Lots of restaurants and touristy stuff around. Also has an elevator for moving bags easily. The apt also had 2 fans which was great as it was quite warm during our stay.

We were three adults: a couple and a friend. The apartment was ideal for us, with two separate bedrooms. The living room and kitchen were cozy and equipped with essential amenities. The rooms had extra blankets, which were useful for the cold winter nights. It’s conveniently located near two grocery stores, many restaurants, shopping options, and just a 5-10 minute walk to the downtown area and main train station. I highly recommend it.

Property is very good location to train station, shops and restaurants. We could walk to everything. The apartment was fine for a quick 2 night stay. Minimal amenities and sparse furnishings. Someone met us outside for check in and offered early check in for an additional 30 chf . Price was good for Lucerne but a just a step above a hostel. Fine if you are jousting sleeping there and are out touring most of the day.
