Good location 10 min to Earls Court station Good supermarkets and shops near by Very close to the Natural History and V&A museum Has lift which was very handy we had a small balcony which we didn’t use as the weather was bad Would stay again

The listing of the room seemed to have changed after I made the booking. Pictures of the higher tier "apartment" were listed under the lower tier "studio" and the room I ended up with was a complete mismatch of what I booked, and was in poor condition. I contacted the property and they did not acknowledge my comments and refused to offer a better room. They kept repeating the same response like a robot: They don't have other rooms in the same category. Period. I had to leave the property and find another place to stay.
