Perfect stay

Perfect location, direct access to Dubai mall. The room is spacious and had washing machine and all kitchen appliance Eiman and Mohammad very helpful and kind. I will stay again for sure.

weird place

the reception is one guy in the lobby with a tablet the key is a unique card (only one) that if I loose it the cost is 300 euro (an I loose hotel keys all the the time) no tv n the rooms (there is one but it does not work)

Loveeee the location of this property it’s inside the Dubai mall you don’t have to go outside. Perfect if you mainly plan to go to Dubai mall. The rooms were very clean and management is very responsive to requests. However they do not have any units with twin beds
