Will book again!

Hotel surprised me with a free upgrade upon checking in! Receptionist, Nurul was super friendly and helpful, loved her welcoming attitude! Area nearby is fantastic with lots of food choices from cafes to hawker centre and restaurants of all different cuisines to be found!

Spacious cozy room

Futuristic reception counter, interesting concept. Beautiful boutique hotel with open shower. Amenities like malls and MRT are just a short walk away. Very prompt service when we required additional coffee capsules for the coffee machine. Free mini bar provided by the hotel as well. Had a lovely stay.

A stay that surprised me ... twice

Friendly host upon checked in, upgraded my room to a suite room w jacuzzi (surprise #1) which totally amazed me; and a hamper of sweet treats (surprise #2) upon check out, which I presumed that it's 'cos of my bday. Will DEFINITELY come back again w my Boyfriend!

Lousy service

The reception is rude. I book this hotel for 500$ to celebrate my gf birthday. They bring security up and ask us leave the room. Lousy just singing a birthday song it's wrong? We didn't make any disturbance and worse rude services

Less impressive than expected

Location: it was 5-10 mins walk from nearest MRT so it was quite convenient to everywhere Reception: Staff are nice and helpful and the silver dome (where the reception counter is at) sets the tone of the hotel's with imaginative decorations Room: the rooms are spacious and comfortable; bed is supportive and firm that you could get a good sleep. However, there were several disappointments: 1) the bathtub is located inside the room without sufficient ventilation which easily makes the room very humid. If the room temperature is above 25 degrees, everything in the room will get wet due to the high humidity; 2) the feature of the room, the bathtub, is not at good condition and there are water leakage; 3) the toilet and the sink are not clean and are with stains  It is not a bad hotel but I just wonder how much it has spent on maintenance.  

It will be a great hotel if they focus on the details of her hotel rooms. My bad experience with no TV remote whrn check it. Worker used my bath gel and no refill. The light jis not working well. I need to help them fix it even they said they finished. Extremely poor reception of wifi signal. May be i can say. The signal is prefect when you stay 1 meter apart of the transmitter. Actually yes. The facilities can say as a bouquet hotel. But the maintenance and the detail was not.

the hotel room is not soundproof. you can hear the cars on the road, you can hear the laughters from the other rooms. I told them it's a birthday celebration for my spouse but no cake or speciality given.

Strange bathroom design 奇怪的浴室設計

全開放式設計的無障礙浴室，原意是好，但内裡沒任何間隔或浴簾，淋浴後全浴室也是水，連廁紙也濕透。之後怎樣如廁？先自行抹乾？自行擦地？

Staycation

It was for my birthday staycation. Staffs were friendly and even waited for 12 midnight to delivery a cake for my birthday, deeply appreciated their efforts. However, shower drainage was not good, I believe the pipe was filled with hair and other dirt. When I took a shower, I can only turn to the minimal as the water will not flow down fast enough and end up flooding in the area. It was really bad. We booked the hotel because of the facility but end up didn't get to enjoy it. The coffee machine was not clean as well, black bits and milky water was coming out from the machine when I havent even put in the capsules. In the end, I need to keep changing the water to clean the machine before I can enjoy one cup of coffee.

夜寝るために帰るといった使い方でしたが、部屋の広さは十分でキングサイズベッドでくつろいで寝ることが出来ました。 受付の対応も良く、ベッドメイクの際に忘れられたバスローブを頼んだらすぐに持ってきてくれたり、チェックイン前・チェックアウト後の荷物もスムーズに預かってもらえました。 周辺には24時間営業のスーパーもあり、問題はありませんでしたが、最寄り駅から7分程度でした。

員工值得贊揚

我們住這間酒店是4日3夜！頭一日去到可能人手上問題，大堂沒有任何boy幫手攞行李上樓要自己自助！地點還算方便，只是偏入內街！如果是情侶話酒店都可以選擇，但如果是一家大小就未必方便！另外我在此想表揚一個員工，因為我細仔在check out前一晚發高燒，我們向她查詢有關醫院後，我們返回房間內收拾東西出發時她居然㩒鐘向我們說其他有關醫院資料及已安排了的士！還很細心去幫助我們延遲check out時間！可惜我們太情急下沒有問他名字！所以籍此再向她衷心說句：謝謝！

We were looking forward to a stay in Klapsons Hotel. We were expecting the raved room with open bathrooms and unique designs of a boutique hotel. However , we were being checked in with a room with no open shower bathroom and the bathroom was choked and the lights were flickering. A technician came to the room to fix the problem promptly but it was pretty inconvenient as we were int he midst to change and to head out. The lights have been changed but was still faulty. The hotel staff has offered a complimentary breakfast for both of us due to our disappointment.

Worth for a better hotel with better facilities

Good service. Poor acoustical system, could hear the laughters of the rooms nearby or from street. Open bathtub is clear, transparent and located in the middle of the room. Cold air dragged in once I turned off the water.

A great, new hotel

I was in Klapsons for two days. I asked for early check-in and late check-out and they were very efficient in closing the price and making all necessary arrangements. The hotel is new and creatively decorated. There's no breakfast, but, the room was great, thus, overall - I recommend this hotel as an affordable good place to be in during business trip to Singapore.

Awful experience

Awful experience at this hotel. After a long day of travelling from the US the room given to us sounded like the street traffic was in our room. There is no noise insulation. The room had no soap or lotion these little things add up to a more memorable stay. There was no internet in our room we called to complaint but since it was very late at night we could not get any help. We asked the front desk to book a taxi for us since we were leaving in the morning. This was not done so at 4 am we went on the street to flag down a taxi inorder to make our flight. The service at this hotel was very bad I would rather spend my money at hotel that are more welcoming and provide what they stated is included in the rate. This is definitely not up to speed to be called a Boutique hotel.

Not a 4 Star

This hotel is basically a cheaply fabricated box that is already disintegrating. Drapes are falling apart, bed is lumpy,there is nothing here to make you want to ever come back. A high 2 star probably, but pricey for what you get.
