The tower is not oceanfront, you have to walk a few buildings over to access the main pools and waterpark. The building needs a deep cleaning.

My stay was great in a wonderful location not far from all amenities. The children enjoyed the water park where we spent over 4hrs. I would definitely recommend. Oh and the pizza was great.

Great place for families of all ages

This place was great!! Grand kids and parents loved the lazy river and water park. Right on the beach, great views and lots of restaurants and snack bars. Highly recommended for families. We'll be back next year for sure!

What I didn’t like was the false advertisement by Expedia placing me in Ocean Dunes instead of Sand Dunes. My room was suppose to be an oceanview but instead I was facing trees and a building on the 2nd floor.

I have been here several times and unfortunately Expedia booked me in a room facing trees and a building imstead of what I asked for. Also, 2 days in a row several times a day I requested towels for my room and did not receive any. Luckily I brought some OF My own.

The property needs a SERIOUS UPGRADE. The building, rooms, fixtures, equipment is really old and the management needs to upgrade the rooms. Especially the carpet, paint, stairs etc. overall experience was average. The Waterpark and Pool are good though and the service is reasonable.

This is the most bad hotels for everyone I’m very disappointed with Expedia and the hotel because in this time I lost relaxed time in my vacation sleeping in each room every day and move when I made the reservation 3 months in advance I hard recomendé to everyone to not stay in this hotel is I lot stress to stay in here

I would not recommend anyone staying here. Booked this resort online, looks nothing like the pictures on the website. I would advise no one to stay at Tower II location . Rooms were not cleaned , carpet dirty. Just do your research!

Some furniture was in poor condition there was a chest of drawers missing one of the drawers that was replaced while my family and I were out without being warned. Bathroom and beds are the exceptions.
