Notre chalet confortable dans le parc naturel Ammergauer Alpen, une maison en bois récemment achevée en 2019, offre beaucoup d'espace pour six adultes et un enfant (lit supplémentaire).
C'est un bon moyen de se retrouver en famille ou entre amis ou de passer un moment romantique.

Notre offre spéciale en basse saison: Séjournez tout un week-end et vivez une nature pure, 100% de plaisir, sans congestion, sans stress.

Les prix incluent toutes les taxes et tous les frais. Vous recevrez une carte d'invité électronique avec l'u. a. peut être garé gratuitement sur un parking public à Ammertal. Les liaisons en bus pour les attractions à proximité (château de Neuschwanstein, château de Linderhof, Wieskirche, monastère d'Ettal, Oberammergau, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Füssen, etc.) sont gratuites.

Les transports en commun sont accessibles en moins de 5 minutes à pied. Munich peut être atteint en train en environ une heure et demie. Pour aller à l'aéroport de Munich, il faut compter environ 2,5 heures de train. À l'aéroport de Memmingen en voiture environ 1,5 heure.

Highly recommend!

A really lovely house in a beautiful setting, perfect for exploring the area. Very comfortable stay - the house is well equipped, spotlessly clean and there were lots of thoughtful extra touches that meant we wanted for nothing. We really appreciated the information provided about facilities, restaurants, and places to visit in the area.

An exceptional place for a vacation stay

The house is superb. Fully furnished to enjoy your stay. We enjoyed the barbecue, the nice bathrooms and cosy furnishing. The host was always responsible and helpful. Thanks. Very highly recommended and would reserve it again without any doubt.

Beautiful property with a few things you need to consider…

My family and I stayed at this property for the better part of a week. First, the property is fairly new and very clean! There was plenty of space for our family. The surrounding village is quaint and beautiful. The location of the property in proximity to the village was ideal. Unfortunately there were a few issues. First, there is no air conditioning in this home- not even a fan. I would guess locals are used to sleeping in the heat-however we are not locals and we would not stay here again during the summer months. Upon walking into this home, it was uncomfortable (we stayed in mid-July). At night, it was unbearable. We opened all of the windows, but it was sweltering. No one slept well- I would guess the home was between 85-90 degrees F at night. It was impossible to get comfortable. The temperature was so high, we paid to stay somewhere else the first couple of nights until the weather turned later in the week. After a couple of days in a hotel (with air conditioning), we came back to the house. It was never comfortable, and became very hot again the last couple of days. When we stayed at the hotel, our kids left some windows open. The host was very nice, but she emailed us to let us know some neighbors “had not seen us in two days and the windows were open” during a rain storm. I understand they were worried about their home. No damage was caused, but the experience made us feel like we were being watched. We made sure the curtains were closed the rest of the week.

Dear Brian, we are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay in our vacation home. However, we would not like to leave a few points uncommented. You arrived on 09.07.2024, the temp. on this day was approx. 28 degrees (82 Fahrenheit). There was only one other day during your stay that was similarly warm. The average daytime temp. during your stay (official german weather data) was 25.5 degrees. At night it was an average of 14 degrees. In response to our inquiry the day after your arrival, you wrote to us that everything '... is wonderful in the house ..., except that it was unusually warm the day before and you couldn't find any fans'. However, as the weather was cooling down, you and we assumed that no further actions were necessary. We had not received any more information, otherwise we would have tried everything to solve the problem. The fact that we do not have air conditioning in the house is also clearly stated in the advertisement (this is normally not necessary in our latitudes - we are at 850 NH). Cooler days followed. On 12.07. there were heavy thunderstorms with gales and hail. Our neighbor noticed that a window on the west side was wide open and the wind and rain were beating against it. He said he couldn't see a car in the parking lot. We then tried to contact you, but unfortunately we were unsuccessful. As there was imminent danger, we sent our son to the house to close the window. Given this context, we feel that the 3-star rating is unfair.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Chalet Fend – alles war in bester Ordnung und die Lage ist einfach perfekt!Ein besonderes Dankeschön, dass wir spontan noch länger bleiben durften.Die Möglichkeit, das E-Auto direkt am Haus zu laden, ist klasse – inklusive unkomplizierter Abrechnung.Auch der nahegelegene V-Markt im Nachbarort bietet alles, was man braucht.Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit sehr nettem und professionellem Kontakt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Hallo Herbert, freut uns, dass es Ihnen sehr gut gefallen hat. Leider können wir jetzt nicht erkennen, was das Problem mit den Matratzen war. Die allermeisten Gäste empfinden die Betten als sehr gut. Wir haben in den unterschiedlichen Schlafzimmern auch verschiedene Matratzen - Härtegrade, so dass für jeden was dabei sein sollte. Die Matratzen sind auch relativ neu. Viele Grüße Pauline

Zwei wunderbare Wochen im Chalet Fend

Wir waren mit sechs Personen aus drei Generationen zu Gast. Vom Start weg haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und auch bestens geschlafen. Bei einem Miniproblemchen hat Frau Fend sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Rundum hat alles gepasst.

Sehr schönes Haus in Bad Kohlgrub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Wanderurlaub mit Freunden und zwei Hunden in Bad Kohlgrub. Das Haus war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. In und ums Haus war alles da, was wir brauchten. Großzügiger Wohn- Essbereich mit offener Küche. Schöne Schlafzimmer und schöne Bäder.

Wunderbare Erholung

Zwei Wochen konnten wir das schöne Chalet Fend genießen. Jeden Tag haben wir von hier aus etwas unternommen, ob Stadtbesichtigungen oder Wanderungen … Es war jedes Mal auch ein gutes Gefühl, wieder „nach Hause“ zu kommen. Alles ist wunderbar eingerichtet und wir haben fast zu gut geschlafen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war zudem immer sehr freundlich. Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Chalet Fend Ferienhaus

Wir fanden das Ferienhaus sehr sauber und wohnlich eingerichtet vor und verbrachten entsprechend angenehme Ferientage. Von Bad Kohlgrub aus lassen sich diverse schöne Erkundungen vornehmen und abends kamen wir immer gerne ins Haus zurück. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir einige Anfragen/Anliegen, die von Frau Fend immer freundlich, sofort und im Sinne des Gastes beantwortet bzw. erledigt wurden. Wir fühlten uns deshalb gut aufgehoben und können das Ferienhaus gut weiterempfehlen.

Gute Luft

Das Haus in Bad Kohlgrub ist schön hell. Funktional aber trotzdem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Parterre ist der Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich L-förmig angeordnet mit einem Tisch für 10 Personen im Zentrum. Ein Bad mit Dusche und Toilette sowie der Raum für Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auf gleichem Niveau. Im 1. Stock befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer und ein sehr großes Bad mit Wanne, Dusche und Toilette. Die Ausstattung enthält alles auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Ein Problem im Haus kann man getrost ansprechen und wird schnellst möglich behoben. Der Bäcker, Metzger, Feinkostladen und Supermarkt sind max. 1000 m entfernt. Die Seilbahn zum Hausberg „Hörnle“ erreicht man nach 1,5 km. Der Bahnhof Bad Kohlgrub Kurhaus ist 300 m weit weg. Murnau, Oberammergau und Garmisch-Partenkirchen sind stündlich per Bahn erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses liegt nahe bei mehreren Wanderwegen. Wir hoffen wieder zu kommen.

Das Objek liegt sehr günstig . Man kann alle Zielorte mit dem Auto in ca.45 Minuten erreichen. Das Haus hat einen hohen Standart und ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Bad Kohlgrub

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte wirklich nichts. Der riesige Fernseher kam bei meinen Söhnen sehr gut an. Die Betten waren perfekt. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen.
