Lovely modern and well equipped apartment

Really nice modern apartment, a little way out of the main town but easily walkable. Had a great welcome and was offered lots of tips and local info. Great view from the balcony and the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Although the kitchen area was quite small we managed to cook breakfasts and other small meals easily. Really great place to stay

Everything was exceptional. Location was close to Old Kotor. Parking space was convenient. Bed was super comfortable. Shower had good pressure. The view was amazing. We loved our stay here! Total recommend!

The host was very lovely and friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. She was available if there were any issues at all, and went out of the way to help us out. The apartment is only a short walk from the old town of Kotor, around 15 minutes. There are also several grocery shops nearly and within a short walking distance. Casa Nuova was a great hub for exploring the country and was very clean, well kept and modern. We would happily return here.

The owners were exceptionally welcoming. Location was good with a view of Kotor Bay and an easy walk to the old town. Restaurants in the area are excellent. The room was small-ish but very well equipped with everything you needed. I highly recommend Casa Nuova!

Loved our stay there. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every bits of it. 5-7 mins walk down to Bay Area/ Beach and 15 mins walk to Old town. Grocery and markets nearby. Great location, very peaceful and very clean. Loved the fresh smell of jasmine just outside the door.

Loved this stay. It was very easy to walk into Old Town and the Promenade. On a very busy road but at night there was almost no traffic so it was still quiet for sleeping. Would like to have coffee or tea available in the morning.

The hostess is super helpful and kind. The room was very clean and the hotel is on a little hill side with view of the mountains or the bay depending on your room. Everything is walkable from the hotel or you can get a taxi for like 3/4 euro to the main town.

Beautiful and cozy apartment on walking distance!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Apartment was really beautiful and clean. Bed was really comfort and there were everything you need in small kitchen to make breakfast etc. Really felt like home. Owner was super nice and friendly, it was easy to contact and check-in & out. Old town and beach on walking distance! I can higly recommend and would love to stay here again!
