    I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will be rebooking on my next trip to St Etienne. The staff on reception were extremally helpful and very welcoming which made for a very pleasing first Impression. Hotel is well situated and close to restaurants and bars.

    This was a fantastic set up with tram routes, supermarkets and play parks all within a 15 minute walk or less. The staff were kind and helpful, the facilities were all clean and in perfect condition. Great value!

    L'Ă©tablissement est idĂ©alement situĂ© et l'accueil et coin petit dĂ©jeuner sont a la hauteur du 3 Ă©toiles. Malheureusement, en arrivant dĂšs les etages, on se rend compte que l'Ă©tablissement est vieillissant. Les couloirs sont austĂšres, avec des murs et des moquettes tachĂ©es. La chambre est trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e, la literie est fantastique, la cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e mais j'ai clairement notĂ© un problĂšme de propretĂ©. La vaisselle Ă©tait trĂšs marquĂ©e, la climatisation en bout de course, trĂšs bruyante, mal fixĂ©e au mur. La salle de bain est Ă©galement trĂšs bien agencĂ©e et Ă©quipĂ©e mais malheureusement, avec des joints de carrelage rĂ©pugnants, des odeurs de canalisation Ă©manent de la baignoire, les verres de salle de bain tachĂ©s de dentifrice sĂ©chĂ©. Les rideaux de la chambre prĂ©sentaient tĂąches et dĂ©chirures. De mĂȘme pour certains murs de la chambre. Un rafraĂźchissement de la structure, un bon coup de nettoyage en profondeur et le remplacement des Ă©lĂ©ments marquĂ©s/fatiguĂ©s ne ferait pas de mal a l'Ă©tablissement.

    Le tquand je suis arrivé dans la chambre la température était de 15°C. AprÚs avoir essayer d'allumer le chauffage celui ci était bloquer a 21°c avec impossibilité d'augmenter pour permettre de faire monter une température correct rapidement . Le bouchon de vidange de la baignoire et cassé , impossible de l'enlever si vous l'insérer. Le pommeau de douche tombe tout seul et ne tien pas sur le support prévu à cet effet. L'eau de la douche fluctue constamment rendant sont utilisation trÚs compliquer .
