Other near by towns seemed to have more to offer, rather small quiet area, which if this is what you are after then perfect. The hotel was great, as were the staff. However, the gym facilities were not as expected - looked okay but a lot of the kit was damaged/old/not working properly

Nice place for families, although I was not traveling with a family. Facilities were nice, staff was great and the nightlife was just a 10 minute easy walk away. Downside is it’s a bit loud. Can hear every slamming door outside the hallway from inside the room.

Really nice hotel and pools. Buffet breakfast was good with a few different options. They do have a restaurant which we didn’t try. The room has basic necessities - towels, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc. Bottled water is provided every day. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, plates etc but you need to buy your own ingredients. The room has a TV but no streaming platforms so best to bring a HDMI cable. Daily housekeeping is good. Could be more thorough with thrirt Hotel has a self service laundromat on the ground floor. Ample free parking with easy access to elevators to get to your room.

Probably the worst breakfast I've ever had on any hotel. The service was very poor, constantly out of basic things like plates and cutlery. And when you ask for those you get a look and a sigh from the staff like you're bothering them. The options were very limited and also constantly empty. Would not stay here again. 3/10

This place has only been around since 2019 and only just getting on its feet. The quality of the build is suspect and there are numerous hazzards, such as unprotected drops, railings and barriers that are insufficient to prevent falls and unevenly built stairs. It's an accident waiting to happen. In Europe or North America it would be shut down by building control until repairs and improvements were carried out.

This is not a hotel, it’s condos . There is nothing in the area , no bars , restaurants. Beach is at least 25 min walk, the condo shuttle only small goes beach every two hours . Breakfast is cold . No hotel service , only reception, and they are rude and unhelpful. People in pool at 2am, screaming shouting . This place is for people who don’t want to leave the property , but would be very poor for a 24 hour stay put zone . It’s not worth half what it costs . The condos are nice , but no cleaning unless requested , they are privately owned . Just remember as not a hotel, no hotel service at all . Just a check in desk . We left after two nights , would have cost £25 round trip to Patong area .

Affordable but not to everyone taste

The resort has a lot of facilities and is very affordable. I would however not return only due to the fact that the resort was mainly occupied by what one could only assume were digital nomads. Selfies, laptops, drones and staging exercises galore. It reminded me of work....The pools are great but even though most close at 6pm, visitors (with small children) were running around, playing games and drinking/smoking till 10pm/11pm at night. I could not reach reception as no resort book was in the room to alert them of the pool noise so did it via Facebook messenger. This was 5 days ao..still no reply. None of the pools were Adult only so if you wanted a quite float about in one of the pools, you'll likely be disappointed. Water pressure was a big issue and we only had 1 hot shower during our 5 night stay. Some decor are also in the wrong buildings. The Bangkok building has Brooklyn (New York) artwork on the ground floor. The New York building has an Eifel tower on the desk on the ground floor. Resort is 2min walk to the local market and roughly 10min to the beach, so well located. On this point, it is on a main rd though so expect some road noise. Staff were friendly but could have been more proactive. I find it unacceptable that no guest book was in each room to indicate emergency numbers..this is a standard in all resorts and with so many young families, a Dr's number will help in any emergency..but perhaps it is only condo's being managed by an outside party vs. a resort

Helt greit hotell for pengene

Kjempe fint hotell med både muligheter til massasje og drinker i bassenget. God mat i restauranten med hyggelig betjening. Kamala var dog en litt kjedelig plass nu utfor sesong, men ta en tuktuk til Patong så finner du galskap nok.
