"Family's Choice" The hotel is well-equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave ovens, ovens, and tableware. The environment is quiet. Easy to Self Check-in and check-out.

お部屋は全体的に綺麗だけど 歯ブラシとか備品がないので必ず持ってくると良い。 料理はできるけどフライパン以外大きい鍋や小さい鍋にはカビ？見たいのがついてたから使えないと思う。 あと食べる場所がほぼ無い。 ベットは清潔感があった 良くも悪くも暮らしてる感は得られるから同棲する一歩手前みたいな感じでカップルでも楽しまると思うし、何よりゴミ捨てが楽だった。

よかった点は、キッチンで自炊ができたこと、ビジネスホテルのように洗濯機の取り合いにならずに済んだこと、居室の壁や照明が綺麗だった。海外のグループ客を見つけたが、とくに騒音はなかった。 不満に感じたことは、お風呂の床がヌルヌルしていて臭かったことと、玄関を開けた瞬間から前泊者の食べ物の匂いなのか、強烈な悪臭が気になった。換気しても効果が出ず、洗面所の下を開けたところから悪臭が放たれていたので清掃をお願いしたいと思った。 悪い点があるが、価格的にもお得だし、立地も良かったため、香りとお風呂の床が善処されることを祈ります。お部屋によるかもしれませんが。

動いてもいないのにセンサーのライトが着いたり消えたりする。

動いたり、歩いたりしていないのに、センサーのライトがついたり消えたりしていました。 ずっとベッドの方にいて動いてもいないのに、通路やおへやの中の電気がセンサーでついたり消えたりの繰り返しでした。 少し怖いです。

駐車場が施設の斜め前にありますが、そこではなく、その駐車場のさらに斜め後ろの方が安いのでおすすめです。キッチンは狭かったですが、ちょっとした料理には便利だと思います。バスタオルはありますが、パジャマや歯ブラシ、箸がないので持ってきた方が良いです。パンフレットにアメニティ書いてあるので確認した方が良いです。

金山駅から少し離れておりとても静かで快適でした。隣との壁が少し薄いかもですが‥ 部屋全体も綺麗に清掃されておりお風呂も広めです。 皆さんの口コミを見て浴室乾燥がついている事をしり、荷物を減らす事ができました。 洗濯物は朝にはしっかり乾いていました。 無人ですが全く問題ありませんでした。機会があれば又利用したいです。

The apartment was really well equipped. The interior was nice and harmonic. The beds and blankets were high quality. The location is good as shops and the Kanayama station are close by. The house and neighbourhood were nice and peaceful.

清潔で良かったです。電子レンジやキッチン、やかんや食器もあり、便利で助かりました。 メールでのやりとりなども親切で、カードキーを２枚使いたいという急な願いも聞いてもらえてありがたかったです。 たったひとつ残念だったのは、敷き布団がうすすぎて、体が痛かったことです。家族４人で１部屋に泊まるにはベッドではなく布団を敷く部屋にしたのは正解でしたが、あの敷き布団なら２枚重ねにできる枚数があれば良かったです。
