Perfectly serviceable for attending an event at Munich Messe. Close to bus and train station, clean and decent breakfast. Downsides were long queues at reception and bar (they seemed short staffed), huge uncomfortable pillows and the two-way mirror between bedroom and bathroom - don’t share a room with someone you are not very close to!

I could hear my neighbour zipping a bag/suitcase… that’s how thin the walls are. There’s an Italian restaurant nearby that’s decent. Apart from that there’s not much else to say.

Overall very good hotel for the Messe.

Overall good hotel, no restaurant and only limited selection of restaurants in the neighbourhood, but easy to get anywhere with taxis or train (station only a walk away). Good breakfast, rooms comfortable and good space. Would come back, recommend it to people going to the Messe.

Convenient to the Munich Messe. Public area of the hotel was nice. Very nice breakfast buffet and bar. Room was large and sparse. Decent value for the cost.

No idea why this property has such bad reviews, I thought it was great! The only thing I didn’t really like was the mirror/window in the room which meant you could see into the bathroom from the bedroom - maybe not ideal if you’re not travelling with a partner and are travelling on business! Other than that it’s a lovely hotel, very modern with a really nice bar in the lobby. I will definitely be back if I visit Munich again.

Overall a nice hotel but was a little remote and not a very interesting area. The breakfast cost €18 and didn’t offer very much at all. Disappointing selection of food and absolutely nothing was vegan except the chocolate spread. The staff didn’t speak great English which didn’t help

I stayed with my sister at a room for 2 which included a small kitchen. The overall experience was fine, the room was clean but a little small. There was only one chair for two people. Kitchen supplies are quite limited but suffice. The weirdest thing was a window by which you can look straight into the bathroom, which resulted in zero privacy. My sister and I made it work but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to any other travel group than couples

Abusive Apartmentswith Hotel Service

very limited cleaning, kitchen always smelling to garbage, no one wash the dishes, breakfast very poor and very expensive, charging for parking. This is a very abusive policy for a property that wants to host people from other countries.

This was our last hotel of this trip. It was spacious and modern. However, the hotel is trying to be efficience but there are things that not wirking (yet) such as the card reader in the lift. If it works, it will make guests feel safer, not anyone can just go up to the floors. The pink laundry machine, everyhting had to go thru the receptionist while there was a QR code there but was told, it is not working. The 24hr supermarket is a good idea but as expexted quite expensive and not many things there. So more like a convenient corner, not supermarket. Breakfast was great and on certain days they do Weisswurst with Bretzn. We had it once thru our stay. One of the best scrambled eggs so far as it was not overcooked. Definitely stay here again. The train station of S2 line just 5 min walk.

The room was really nice and clean. Mattress, furniture and bathroom were perfect and functional. Although the location is not central, the hotel is located close to an S-Bahn station (7-minutes walk) from which central München can be reached in 20 minutes. There are a couple of restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, easily reached on foot. The only negative aspect I encountered was with the room window: it was not possible to open it at all, and it had some non-see through film preventing one from actually looking outside.

We reserved a family room with a kitchen. However, when we arrived, we were assigned two separate rooms, one with a kitchen. This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. There was a sponge to wash dishes, but there were no dish towels nor was there any dish detergent. We needed to go to the desk and ask for more tableware. As mentioned in another review, the bedroom has a window looking into the bathroom which is rather odd. It was nice having access to a washer and dryer (for a fee), and the rooms were clean.

Be careful hotel

I ordered the apartment of 29 sqm in this hotel for 2 nights. At checking reception told me there are no apartments in this hotel and gave me a small room. I complained to hotels.com which made them "find their apartments" in the next morning. Got an apartment in the second night. Electricity sockets were not working, TV not working and bugs were found in bathroom sink
