The Apartment was fine, clean, comfortable. The location was on the edge of the eighth district, and my family didnt feel secure. The biggest problem was that there was a lot of youthful travellers who would begin partying each night at 2 am, and added thier unbelievable racket to the din of the street. Nothing was monitored or done by the management.

Couple vacation

This was our second stay at the Prater and we really enjoyed local area and staff. The apartment is within walking distance to the Mall, shops and train station. I recommend purchasing the underground parking if you have an auto. (car)

Decent place for the price. Few tweaks needed

Kitchen supplies old and dirty. No shower curtain so floor was wet after first guest showering and uncomfortable for the rest. TV was not connected to the cable box and nobody came to fix in 4 day we were there even though we asked on the first day (we did not really needed that, but still indicator of service). Staff weak on English and yet nice and trying to be helpful. No phone to call reception. Nice convenient location with a shopping mall in 3 min walk. Beds are OK. WI-FI was good with rare hiccups (had to reset router in the hallway)

Good location, comfortable but no frills.

The hotel was clean and a close walk to the metro. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was quite basic, with minimal decorating. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of storage for our family of six. The only complaint I could make was that two of the single beds were really the two sections of the sofa. Therefore, in order to have enough beds we didn't have a sofa in the living room. Also, there is really no view to speak of and the balcony faces the building across the street. Overall, it was a clean and practical place for our family.

A Wonderful Surprise

Thought I booked hotel rooms, but it was an apartment which was so much better. The rooms were large. Had 2 bathrooms, a mini kitchen and a balcony. It included daily maid service. I definitely would book this place again.

Clean and nice apartment. Big shopping mall is located in just few steps, so very easy to shop for cooking. Also, I love free secured parking.
