Lisbon Art Apartments stay

Our stay was from 27/1 to 31/1/2020. it was the apartment next to the hotel. Pricing was very good, very clean and tidy. If we come again to Lisboa, we would stay in this hotel again, we were 3 adults, we stayed comfortably, its location is super, with lots of food set-up around, restaurants around, its a few minutes walk to the famous lift and the Augusta

Hotel bien, pero con detalles a mejorar

El hotel está bien, decorado extravagante que tiene su en encanto y muy bien situado. El problema fue que habíamos reservado un estudio con cocina y nos lo dieron sin cocina y no nos avisaron.. pensé que me habia confundido yo al hacer la reserva y bajé a recepción a preguntar y me lo cambiaron sin problema pero no entiendo porque desde un principio no nos lo dieron bien no se disculparon ni nada y tuvimos que recoger todo de nuevo y cambiar de habitación, fue un poco caos y me pareció mal porque si yo no digo nada nos quedamos sin cocina… y habíamos hecho compra.. la habitación no te la dan hasta las 15h aunque la tengan preparada de antes ( es cierto que lo pone en la web) pero me parece tarde , luego a las 11h tienes que dejarla.. vamos que cada día te dejan menos tiempo en la habitación.. nos dieron una habitación adaptada para minusválidos sin que la necesitáramos y el wc era tan alto que era incómodo, me colgaban los pies.. y mido 1,63… y todo el baño lleno de agua cuando te duchabas por no tener plato de ducha.. la habitación cómoda con todo lo necesario para cocinar incluso lavavajillas y estropajo, una botella de agua y de vino de cortesía, la cama cómoda y no pasamos nada de frío, pero nos tocó cerca de la puerta del pasillo y daban unos portazos que parece que iban a hacer la puerta giratoria… tendrían que poner algo para que esa puerta sonara menos. La habitación tiene una ventana que da a la ducha .. es un poco raro…

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisbon Art Stay. The space is so unique and artsy, and our room was bigger and nicer than we expected. The location is perfect and close to all the attractions. The front desk staff is also lovely and very helpful! Would highly recommend!

We stayed at Lisbon Art Stay for 5 nights with my family of 4 and it was perfect! It was my boys' first trip to Europe so I wanted something centrally located that included breakfast - and the Art Stay checked all the boxes! We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (!!!) in the family unit and with the exception of Monday which was garbage pick up, the location was quiet at night despite being located so close to main parts of the city. I would highly recommend! And the communication with the staff was perfect!
