Dormio Hotel is fantastic. Just the sort of place you want to be for peace and quiet. Lovely apartment, very clean, friendly staff, great SPA. I found my new home away from home!

Muy bien pero mejorable

El apartamento genial. Aunque la cama era bastante incómoda. Además, no ofrecen opción de cama grande, son 2 individuales. En el spa no había nadie para ofrecer los servicios de toalla, taquillas... ni supervisando. Se supone que a partir de las 18:00 es de uso exclusivo para adultos y a las 19:00 había niños tirándose de bomba.

No asumen sus deficiencias

Muy mal. Nos alojamos durante varias semanas aquí por motivos familiares de salud muy importantes. Después de llevar alojados desde el día 8 de enero (con reservas de 1 o 2 días porque no sabíamos exactamente el tiempo que íbamos a estar por lo comentado anteriormente)este día en concreto llegamos sobre las 21:30 y nuestra sorpresa fue, que no funcionaba la TV, l había bombillas fundidas, el lavabo perdía agua y a la mañana había un charco y tuvimos q echar todas toallas…. Solo estábamos en el apartamento unas horas para relajarnos y no hubo relax, sino todo lo contrario. Lo comentamos en recepción y no obtuvimos compensación alguna, todo lo contrario

Apartments for everyone

We absolutely loved our stay at Dormio. Lovely location and great sized apartments, suitable for all ages and families. We had a problem checking in and this took over 2 hours for us to receive a code to access our apartment. I just think it would be ideal for there to be a member of the team from Dormio to be on reception until at least midnight. Due to the size of the property. Everything else was perfect. The lady on reception was so helpful and granted us a late check out. We didn’t ask, however, kind and thoughtful. We would definitely go back.

They do not accommodate for allergies in their bar. Beautiful resort over all. You will need to take the tram to get groceries , it will be 30 mins one way.

Penthouse was great for being on the top tier & having the terrace on top, but for family of 5, it's really small & only one bathroom. The place is is quite confusing to get around, it's a bit of a maze!

The location was lovely but the customer care from the 'manager' at reception was very poor, both patronising and rude. Be very careful of the apartment descriptions as they can be woefully inaccurate...for eg, a sea view is apparently not necessarily a sea view!
