Great Bargain, Great Location

Great location, front desk staff was very nice, and the room was comfortable. Full kitchen is a huge benefit. Walked four blocks to grocery store and loaded up for the week. I wish the fitness center was open earlier, but that was about the only "issue" I had.

We stayed for 2 nights and were impressed with our room. It felt very modern chic. It was very quiet and comfy. The room was very clean as well. We used the gym and the rooftop was very nice. It is very close to center city and all things we planned on doing. Would recommend !

Cool remodeling of an old industrial building. The one bedroom accommodation had stylish furnishings and a nicely appointed kitchen, laundry, and bath. Unfortunately the location is sketchy. The hotel was excellent. The room was well-supplied and comfortable. It was within blocks of the Reading Terminal market, which is great for a quick breakfast and/or for shopping for dinner. As I have grown more comfortable with the neighborhood, free overnight parking can be found on the street - remember, you are in a city, so leave nothing in the car. There's a small park north of the hotel that looks like a nice short walk. The area is growing and I expect many more neighborhood businesses in 2025.

Overall comfortable stay. Really spacious and clean room with fully equipped kitchen and utensils. One hiccup was that check in was 2 hours late due to housekeeping delays. This was communicated 15 mins after the original check in time but by then I already had accessed the room and saw that the space was not cleaned. Another issue we encountered was that the extra towels and blankets we requested for the sofa bed never arrived.

Loved the Sonder. The only issues were minor 1. original door code didn't work - but got a new one via chat on my phone in minutes 2. ductwork made a loud noise when the heat went on and off - but i got used to it after the first night Staff was WONDERFUL - great concierge staff, online support excellent, service staff excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Philadelphia.
