Great hotel

Nice clean hotel with modern design. Quite surroundings and a Good place to stay if you are visiting the old town and Jewish quarter, as it is in between them. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good price as well compared to other hotels in area We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because we wanted to try the many local cafes, but it did look nice and good value.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent, close to all the major sights. Room & breakfast were really good. The only small negative thing about our stay is that the hotel hasn't got a bar that we could meet our friends at. Would definitely recommend this hotel & would not hesitate to stay here again if we visit Krakow in the future.

The staff were really helpful in sorting out transfers, a quick and easy check in and storing luggage on the last day. The hotel was very clean and the facilities were of a high standard. We seemed to have an issue with the aircon but just opened the windows instead A short walk to the old centre so very close to everything you needed

Perfect hotel

Location is perfect, it is in the middle of the Old Town, Jewish Square and Wawel Castle. The property itself has high standsrd materials and furniture. Price is great. Everything perfect. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. We loved it.

Very nice hotel by city center. Highly recommend!

Last minute booking, very happy to find this place! Close by everything in the Old Town in Krakow, easy walking distance. Hotel was clean, roomy, lots of light. Amenities all very nice. Friendly staff. They let us store our luggage almost the whole day we were leaving, willing to arrange trips for us as well (we traveled on our own, though). Nice cozy neighborhood with restaurants nearby.

Excellent clean quiet rooms. We stayed in a classic double with a shower. Room was a lot bigger than expected. Did get very warm, so heating and towel radiator needed to be switched off before going to bed.

Lack of eaten facility and cleanliness not good stayed for a week and never changed the bedding at all and had to go and ask amenities for bathroom room in which cleaners should have applied no bar or restaurant at night not going back there again

Lovely stay for the Christmas markets clean accommodation. However who ever is booked in as guests can't use the onsite restaurant. Its only available to book from outside. A bit strange to say the least
