I have been staying at this hotel few years now everytime I visit Izmir. Great location and such a spacious rooms.which is very difficult to find in the city specially for this price. Front desk was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great location, big spacious room, good wifi and AC. Just a heads up if you plan to cook - while there was a stovetop and refrigerator, there were no cooking utensils or cleaning supplies; we didn’t want to cook so it was fine with us.

Here is my full experience: When we first walked in the room smelled like cigarettes and the window was open for that reason. There were not rails on the window and it was wide enough for someone to come in. The cleanliness is mid tier. You get what you pay for this in this situation. The first room we had had a broken toilet seat, trim mounding that was broken, and unclean sheets. We demanded another room and they let us change the next day. Similar conditions but slightly better. Location is great, close to the main

Good location & spacious apt

Reception is also security guard Location: good easy access to bazaar & local eateries & monuments. However, a construction site next door. But 1 street from Marriott, Hilton hotel, so a good area Room: very good value for a big living room, kitchenette, separate bathroom - though I booked a studio. Unit is part renovated but sofa, curtain seems a bit old or needs cleaning. Just rooms building as it's more just apartment, so no breakfast. Guard was very helpful tho language barrier.

The stay was very good. I think they should work more on the cleaning services, because when we arrived we found our bed sheets dirty and we had to wait 1 day to be changed. Also they should hire people that speak english, because the staff speaks only turkish. Overall, we would recommend everyone to spend their holiday here and we will definetly come back here next year.

We accidentally got a dirty room which was instantly replaced with a better one. It had a very spacious central room connected with a large bedroom with king sized bed and small bathroom. The AC was very useful in the hot summer. My only complaint is that small items of trash like bags and old medicine were still laying around when we got in together with the couch still having crumbs on it which they covered up with a sheet.

Starting with the positives: Location is pretty ok The studio is a good size Shower head replaced right away Negatives: Night club on the other corner who open their doors at 3am waking everyone Cotton ‘blanket’ thing had a huge hole in it Bathroom really dirty - I bought bleach and soaked it in it Crockery I had to ask for I’ve read the other reviews some of which were really bad. However, the WiFi was good and to communicate we used google translate. And look, we’re the foreigners…we shouldn’t expect staff to speak our language so on the whole, it was ok.

Disappointing

Nice and a spacious room and great location unfortunately that’s the only positive. There was plastic forks and spoons which were only 2 forks 1 teaspoon and 2 spoons and 2 bowls and plates nothing else. No glasses etc. kept asking for coffee because only 2 satchels were provided 😔

Sink Hole

When I first got there, he assigned me a room, and i asked if it faced the water, he said those rooms were already given away. I informed him that's not what was promised. He then asked me for the credit card, he charged me for the room and for the deposit. I informed him that I already paid for the room. I entered the room and it only had one window, it was half furnished, the bed had a big sink hole. I was really disappointed in the accommodations. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any other accommodations as all hotels were booked already due to a major marble fair going on. I am requesting a refund back on this stay. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this Residence.

Oteldeki tek problem müzik gürültüsü

İzmir maratonu için , konumundan dolayı bu oteli tercih ettik. Ancak hemen dibinde bulunan garip bir lokalde sokağın ortasında gece geç saatlere kadar türkümsü garip bir müzik çalındığı için uyuyamadık. Etrafında lüks oteller olan bu konuma yakışmayan bir mekandan dolayı tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel değil maalesef.
