Great place to stay and the staff (all of them) were amazing and helpful. Camilo in reception was excellent with help and communication. We had a baby and they were so accommodating and helpful, I will stay here 100 times again in the future.

The hostest was very kind and helped us getting settled quickly and very easily. The apartment was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Breakfast had many options, fruits, cereal, arepas, soup, coffee, juice and hot chocolate. A cook makes your omelet based on the ingredients you select. We enjoyed our stay there.

The internet needs to be a lot faster. While the food was very good, the restaurant service is limited. Hotel should work more on telecommunication. The customer assistance provided by the reception was excellent.

Las instalaciones agradables, cuenta con buena ubicación, desafortunadamente es una propiedad súper fría creo que de hay deriva su nombre hace más frío en las habitaciones las cuales no cuentan con calefacción Personalmente tuve que cambiar de hotel por que si continuaba en el hotel me hiba a enfermar del frío , hace más frío adentro que en la ciudad
