Smells of mold, and bed bugs

The room smelt of mold, and the air conditioning did not work. When we complained we were switched to a different room, that had the same problems. We called to get the air conditioning operational many times and they said they were working on it. At the end, they added a 18% tax that was not on the price quoted through hotels.com Its expensive, smells bad, and no air conditioning in the suites. And although it is in the center of town, think twice before booking this place. only if you can stand being in a room that smells of farts constantly.

Good location and comfortable

Good location, Very comfortable once the hotel got the WIFI and TV working. Staff was helpful with information and arrangements for sightseeing.

AMAMZING HOTEL SUNEC AT CHICLAYO - PERU

The hotel was great. We love to travel and visit several places and this Hotel SUNEC is one of the best huge rooms with AC, new and contemporary furniture, jacuzzi on the baths, delicious buffet breakfast and GREAT SERVICE. You can feel confortable and secure at this place. Lost and found is great you left behind they look for you, help always arround. Great location and on top of everything the people is friendly and courteous. (Free shuttle from and to the Airport) This Hotel should be rate 4 STARS !!!!!!!! You guys are GREAT.

Modern hotel in centre of Chiclayo

The hotel has large pleasant modern rooms. We stayed in a suite which faced front. Some might find this too noisy but it was perfectly ok. The windows opened which is a plus and there's a very narrow balcony. Free parking is a big advantage. The breakfast is very average though. There's a bar on the top floor on an open terrace. They say they have a swimming pool but it's tiny.

Good value hotel mid city

This hotel is in a very noisy part of the city, it was worse because of pre-election loudspeakers, but they gave me a room in the back and I slept well. The noise abates at night. And I am very picky about noise. The food was good, the shower was hot, everything worked, and service was attentive. And it is cheaper than some other hotels I have stayed in in Peru where the service and amenities are not as good.

No respetan tarifa Hotels

El desayuno bastante bueno, habitación cómoda, la internet no tenía buena señal. El problema es la tarifa, no respetaron la del Hotels. Si bien hubo cargo extra por llegar antes y salir después, el costo total fue casi el doble de lo pactado, hicieron cargo por servicios no solicitados. Además, el ultimo día, a pesar de haber pagado un extra no hicieron limpieza de habitación
