Centrally located on the beautiful Garden Island of Kauai. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 6 and has three private lanais, a full kitchen and lots of amenities. After exploring the island all day come home and relax on the lanai outside the living room or wake up to an amazing sunrise from the bedroom lanai. The endless white sand beach that borders this resort property just a few steps away encourages leisurely strolls down the coastline.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to dine in, and there are gas grills available for the perfect Hawaiian Bbq. Check out the local Sunshine Markets for fresh produce to complete your culinary creations. If you like to eat out and don’t want to drive, Kauai Beach Resort hotel across the lagoon offers a fine dining restaurant as well as a cafe and a snack bar serving ice cream and shave ice. A few minutes’ drive away, Kapa’a offers numerous additional dining options, from fast food to casual spots and local eateries to gourmet dining.

The condo is well equipped with a washer and dryer, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, beach chairs and beach towels.

Numerous activities are within a short drive providing a nearly endless choice of things to do. After a day filled with adventure, guests can take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or relax in the hot tub.

Prime Location

This was the perfect place for my friends and I. It’s in a prime location with the airport 7 minutes away with tons of food spots around. The beach is a 3 minute walk where the sunrise hits so beautiful. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great location that makes it easy to visit the north or south of the island. Excellent customer service, very responsive to our report of a problem with the washing machine. I have stayed in this same unit twice and there were updgrades made to the furniture so it is well maintained.

This condo had everything we needed and more! Very comfortable beds! Perfect location as it was about the halfway point on the island which allowed for maximum exploration of the whole island!

Middle ground

This property is perfect for going north or south of the island. Easy to get to and spacious. We love the bonus shed that had pool noodles, sand toys, things to throw and floaters. Lovely property.

This was a good thing as you are almost right on the beach! The condo was very roomy. We had family visit while there and with two full baths and a large living space we never felt crowded. The kitchen was nicely outfitted with just about anything you would need to cook up your favorite dish. The Kauai Vacation Rentals staff are the nicest and most helpful we have ever encountered...very responsive to our inquiries and worked hard to make our vacation amazing. They are the epitome of 'Aloha Spirit'!

Our first time to this island. Excellent location from which to explore beautiful Kauai! Condo was spacious and very clean. Loved being able to walk to the beach. If you are a light sleeper use a white noise app to obstruct the early morning roosters.

Perfect for family

Lovely little two bedroom condo. Very basic kitchen and wicker furniture. We were comfortable, but the a/c unit for the common area is just relying on the two units in the bedrooms. With both doors to bedrooms open and fan on it was comfortable, but when husband and kiddos went to bed and shut door, it’s hot in the common area. Slept great, beds were comfortable and the a/c works great in the bedrooms.

A week on Kauai

Great condo in a central location, halfway between the North Shore (Princeville) and the South Shore (Poipu). It was a short ride to several good beaches. Convenient to the highway but far enough away so that road noise was not a factor. Condo was roomy and kitchen well stocked. The only downside is that the entire condo is not air-conditioned, just the bedrooms. Onsite washer and dryer plus several beach chairs were available. Pool was not large, but not many people were there, so it was adequate. Plenty of parking. Gas grills were available for general use.

It does, even tho the numbers are all worn off of the dials, so a guessing game as to settings. It is not shown in the photos and when we specifically asked, no precise answer, so we packed a not needed hot plate!! Maids could do a much better cleaning job!!

The guests mainly used the unit for resting or sleeping. They awoke early, left for the day, and returned at night. The property and unit provided them with what they needed throughout their stay on Kauai.

The kitchen needs a complete update and the AC unit needs to be replaced with a split AC like most of the other condos. The kitchen stove controls were difficult to turn and the window AC units were noisy and limited to the bed rooms. The kitchen was well equipped though and it was nice that you could sleep six.

The bed was very comfortable and allowed enough room for when our little one came into our room at 2 am. The vibe is super comfortable and relaxing. Great deck for late night conversations. I couldn't hear neighbors or people on their decks talking. Parking was great and no problem. Staff was there if we needed them. The beach is beautiful. I can't rate this place higher.

Although there is only AC in the bedrooms, that was all we needed for the 3 weeks we were there. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of bath towels and pool towels, hangars and a lovely kitchen. We look forward to returning next year!
