The balcony view was beautiful and we were very happy with it! Cleaning was a little rough around the edges but overall it was good. Getting to the beach was super easy and I loved the options of the pools, lazy river and hot tub. My only concern was how long the code was to get into the room. We had to pull our phones out every time we needed to get back in the room which isn't that big of a deal but a concern of mine was if we had an emergency then getting back into the room would take longer than we'd like. Just something to consider adjusting.

The overall condo is very nice. The room could be updated with updated furniture and paint. The AC worked very well. Beds were comfortable. The couch was not comfortable and worn, as well as balcony furniture. There was a dirty washcloth left on the shower curtain rod, which means the shower curtain was not cleaned or it would have been seen when taking down. It was a thin, cotton washable shower curtain that is not able to be cleaned other than wash. The pool area was clean and well maintained.

My only real complaint is the condo air only work for one day. It only work the day we arrived at the condo which was Thursday but Friday before we lift to go on the family outing in notice the room was a bit warm but we paid it no mind until that night. We spent the rest of the time there in a hot condo. I didn't like that but what could we do other than that it was nice. To service future customer better just quicker response.

The ocean view was unobstructed and the pool was good. The condo was okay; it had a rustic vibe but teetering on outdated, and there's a difference. The curtains were supper old, the flooring in the master bedroom was super cheap, when there was a slight musty smell when the air conditioner was turned off, the fitted sheet had a permanent stain and so did the shower curtains in the bathroom in the master bedroom. All that said, it was still comfortable, and we had a great time! I do think there should be some sort of screening process to make sure other guest are respectable people.

Everyone was friendly and helpful at the hotel and the coni itself was very clean! The bathrooms are small but have everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The view was GREAT!! Parking was a block over.

This is a good size condo with two bedrooms each has it's own bathroom. Fullsize kitchen with everything you need. Big flat screen TV. I think the couch also pulls out to make a bed but we did not use it. It has a washer and dryer, They provided plenty of towels and each bed room has extra pillows. The condo was clean no bad smells, no mold or mildew I could see. Everything worked as it should good A/C, good hot water. It is second floor ocean front with a good view from the balcony. The elevator is also close by the room. The property is an older one but seems to be in good shape. The pool area is nice and it has a small lazy river. It is a short walk to the beach, and a ton of places to eat within a five to ten min drive. You do have to park across the street from the building but that is normal in this part of myrtle beach. We stayed the second week of June and I felt the price was very reasonable. We had a good vacation and I would have no problem staying hear again.

Killing six cockroaches between the kitchen and the bathroom. Been nice to know the outside door open into the bedroom. The balcony had no door. Will not recommend to anyone.

The view and proximity of the beach was great. The beach was very clean, not crowded, and great. The property itself was quite run down. The pool is run down, the room is very outdated. The toilet wobbled on the base, the cable for the kids bedroom ran out from the air vent down the wall, draped on the smoke alarm, to the TV. The bedrooms were very warm at night and didn't get good air. There are no rugs or carpets, so there is no place to wipe off your feet of sand, ever. There was no broom to sweep up sand at all that inevitably gets to the room. The washer is old and got stuck on a particular cycle every time and had to be manually advanced. The clientele of the building, and Myrtle Beach in general is kind of trashy to be honest. About 75% of the time, while out on the balcony, I could smell weed. The positive is that the room itself is quite quiet and we could not hear any other residents.

Overall I liked the condo and would probably stay here again depending on the rate. There were a few updates/changes I would make If I were the owner. The room with the bunk beds has TERRIBLE lighting. Literally just one bedside lamp that puts off hardly any light, and the queen bed in that room makes a terrible squeaking racket any time you move. It also has no room or storage for luggage or clothing which was inconvenient. Having two bathrooms was very nice and the livingroom and kitchen area was just fine. I wish the ice maker would have worked in the freezer. Small patio was very nice, great view, very easy walk way to get to the beach and the boardwalk/promenade. The pool/hottubs were adequate but I felt they could have used a little more attention, the water started to appear pretty murky by the end of our stay. The pool bands were never enforced by anyone and neither were the no-smoking rules. Lots of marijuana smell throughout the building.
