Excellent experience in Paris

The hotel is in front of the Metro, which makes moving around the city extremely easy if you don’t mind taking 30/40 minutes to get to the touristic area. The hotel room was clean, comfy, big, and with a nice balcony. We didn’t have any problems with the accommodation at all, excellent bathroom and kitchen. As we went on October, the lack of AC was not a problem. The staff was friendly and helped us with all of our needs. It’s a great option for people who are visiting Paris for 5 or more days.

DO NOT BOOK. Very unsafe area!!! I felt terrible in the area. I was too scared to stay so I left immediately. :( They didn’t give me a refund! Total waste of money!

Clean, staff are helpful and is located in such a convenient location. Right oppose Gallieni metro station so it was insanely easy to go anywhere in central Paris and to get back to the hotel. I will definitely consider coming back here the next time I am in Paris

Location and condition of the property is perfect. Lobby personnel are not welcoming upon entry. They are always in the back office instead of the front desk getting and assisting people.

4 night stay for a couple

Ok, it's great because it has a kitchenette - but we couldn't find any real shops near by - there may be some, but we didn't see them. However, great patisserie next door - went there every day for coffee and pastries. Gym was good to have and it is right across the street from a metro station, which goes right into the heart of Paris. They don't give you any change of towels - the desk person said ok, this one time (there are no towels in the gym), but generally not even if you ask. Weird.

Great stay and location.

The kitchen is fully equipped with what's needed. They provide a sponge, towel, and dish soap along with all the pots, pans and utensils. It has a microwave, stove top and small refrigerator. The room was clean although they do not have maid service unless requested. This is an aparthotel, so you provide your own toilet paper, except for the initial toilet paper provided. Also there is no iron or washcloths which is typical for France. They have towels upon request. There is a washer and dryer for a fee. The Metro is right across the street that can take you anywhere in Paris. The front desk staff is nice and helpful. The shower is nice and there are a blackout shield on the window with a remote.This is my second stay here and I plan to stay here again.

The hotel is located directly across from a metro and bus stop so excellent for starting a journey to anywhere in Paris. Breakfast had plenty to offer, and the lady who took care of breakfast weekdays was lovely. We were on 13th floor, it was very quiet & peaceful. The room and bathroom were big enough, no service of any sort during our 5 night stay and we had to take the rubbish out. (No big deal). Little kitchen area is a great idea and well equipped. My biggest issue was mosquitos, I was unaware that could be a potential problem, but there were numerous in the bathroom and I was savagely bitten for 5 nights.

Very nice accommodation, but not so clean. We had a lot of mess on the floor and under the bed. We was waiting for room 1 hour because of cleaning :-))). So we got room at 4 p.m. (not in 3 p.m.). Bed wasn't so comfortable and it was so hot in the room. We got 2 pieces o toilet papiers for 2 persons and 5 days. Equipment of the room was excellent and the emmployees were so kind. Subway, supermarket and bakery next to the accommodation was excellent.

Room was too warm and couldn't open windows very much, room looked clean, but have noticed bites (possibly bed bug ones) First night was ruined by the sound of someone drilling at midnight. Disappointed there was no hairdryer either

We’ve visited Paris a few times now so we decided to stay somewhere cheaper and not further from the city centre. This hotel is 2 minutes from a metro station so getting into the centre of Paris didn’t take long at all. Overall we were pleased with our stay. The reception staff were friendly, the room was adequate and good value for the price we paid. The hotel was also clean, secure and quiet and there was a secure luggage room where we could leave our cases while we made the most of our last day in the city. The only issue was the room was very warm at night so it was difficult to sleep. There was a fan provided in the room which helped a bit. We stayed in late April / early May and the weather was still quite cool.
