Third stay

This was my third time staying at the Rafael Residence. Small one bedroom apartments. Convenient parking, friendly and accommodating staff, kitchenette, business friendly. Lovely neighborhood with excellent public transportation. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location in the heart of Baka. Very clean and compact. Perfect for our needs. Good value for money. Coffee shops and shul nearby. Very pleasant handling, even when we came in very late at night. Will definitely be back.

We liked the location, the manager was responsive and changed our room after we weren't happy with the WIFI connection, though it didn't help much. We also received free breakfast for 2 mornings which helped us a bit with our experience. we hae a free parking place though no lights in the parking lot! We didn't like that this property didn't have a good Wi-Fi connection and the kids always complained. though one of the rooms was a safe room. \ the rooms were not clean. and the kitchen was very dirty and we needed to clean it by our self because the cleaners were always in a different building and busy.... you better spend your money in a different place.

It was a wonderful place to stay. I keep the Shabbat and they were very accommodating. They provided a hot water urn, hot plate and even a timer. Extremely run down more similar to a motel than a hotel. Bed and pillows terrible No working ac in bedroom Towels smelled bad Dust on night stands One of the 2 tv didn’t work Has potential to be great if they were updated grounds were beautiful

We rented a 1-bedroom unit. The LR/DR was smaller than expected. Also no paper towels, tissues or dish soap. Washer/dryer was in the basement and coin operated; but there were nearby laundries with quick turn around
