A great location opposite a local shopping centre with a supermarket as well as within a 7-10mins walk to other shopping centres such as the Pavillion, Lot 10 and local transport links. Lots of food options, local, international cuisine as well as fast food franchises very close by. The hotel suite itself was very clean with amazing views and comfy beds. Having additional room facilities such as the kitchen with microwave, oven, crockery and washing machine/dryer were all very beneficial. The room also had a Nespresso coffee machine and a mix of herbal and English tea topped up daily. One very small thing that would have been helpful is having a small quantity of laundry detergent provided. Our bathroom had a walk in rain shower as well as a standard shower complemented with Balmain toiletries. The wash basin area had generous storage space and additional complimentary toiletries, a separate toilet area with it's own wash basin area. We appreciated the 'walk in' wardrobe area again with helpful touches such as an umbrella, shoe horn, variety of hanger types, gowns, slippers, hair dryer, safe deposit box, ironing board and iron. Overall, the room felt very clean, spacious, thoughtfully designed with a range of lighting options and spaces to relax. We did access the rooftop pool which was clean with great views. Staff were polite although I did highlight the iron wasn't working 3 times before it was replaced. Really fantastic stay. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook!

Pan Pacific Suites KL

Overall an excellent stay. Check in at 6pm disappointing as the room wasn't ready. Eventually the manager came and got it sorted. Room lovely, breakfast excellent and great pools to relax in at the start or end of the day.

Excellent accommodation right in the heart of Buit Bintang and loads to see and do to absorb the local culture. Breakfast okay but after a few days becomes a little bit monotonous and could do with more options but probably just being picky.. went to some other places for breakfast which was reasonable. Excellent apartment and facilities were great. Impeccably clean and staff who were wonderful. We will be back to this wonderfully vibrant city 🙏

Great location. Room decor and amenities were good. However, the room cleaning service needs improvement. Bin was not emptied everyday. Not replacing the hand towels after taking the dirty one away. Not vacuuming everyday. This is not what I expected from a 5-stars establishment.

A lovely apartment. Very modern and clean. Great pools and kid friendly. All staff were kind, polite and helpful Only negative- service in the bars and restaurants was a bit slow and they didnt always have all the drinks in the menu.

Had a short 3 day stay in KL in a 2 br suite in Jan. Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. Service from front desk staff was particularly outstanding. Perfect for our needs.

Gute Lage, geräumige komfortable zimmer. Nette reception. Sylveszer wurde der Rooftop-Poolbereich um 22:00 geschlossen- sorry - wie blöd ist das denn? Die Raumtemperatur betrug bei unserer Ankunft 18 Grad und die Technik benötigte 2 Tage, bis wir 23 hatten
